Hotel room was alright. When we first arrived, we thought the hotel was closed as there wasn't any light when we walked pass it. Hope they improved on their clenliness though, as we got a towel with holes and stains. Alot of food downstairs, hotel breakfast was great!

Walk to jiuzhaigou only 10 mins, the guy manager Xiang Tao helps us to bus ticket on ctrip, so appreciate cause we need to catch early railway. Such pleasent stay.

The staff at reception was very kind. He booked a bus for me and sent me to the bus station the next day. Hotel Location was good too.

Hotel was clean and had all we needed. It’s also very near a lot of shops, with a convenience store just beside. The front desk was super helpful as well; they helped us with bus ticket booking and coordination, which was a great help for us! Would stay again if I visit again 😊

We had a nice and modern room at 6th floor, nice view and bright. Bed is comfortable (not hard). Basic chinese breakfast, overall a very good Price in April for such hôtel. Park entrance is at 15min by foot, which is correct. Last but not least, all staff is really kind and accommodating, doing their best to help and please us. I would definitely come back again !

I can easily walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park. Taking two days to visit Jiuzhaigou National Park is sufficient. The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast. I took a taxi from the Huanglong airport to the hotel 280¥. The ride was like 90 minutes long. Make sure you got the hotel name and address in Chinese. P.S. Google map does not work in China. Download MAPS.ME. Also download Wechat - you text in English they translate to Chinese and vice versa. I used Dear Translate for voice translation.

Parking is convenient, there is a place to eat downstairs, and it is relatively quiet at night. There are not many breakfast varieties but it can meet normal needs. It is a ten-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou attractions. There is a commercial street downstairs very convenient for Luckin, KFC, and banks. They are all available. During the day, there is a street selling fruits. Fruits are very cheap. Egg-sized prunes cost 4 yuan and 5 yuan per pound... You can bring some with you.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. We call in advance to inquire about guests' needs before checking in. When checking in, we patiently introduce the scenic spot tour guide. It is very friendly to guests. The hotel has convenient transportation and convenient self-driving parking. It is not far from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center and only a dozen or so walks away. It's only a few minutes away and the scenery of Jiuzhaigou Valley is so beautiful.

Traveling with the elderly, the service is good, and the twin room is upgraded for free. The facilities need to be improved. The water flow is small, there is no hand sanitizer or soap, the breakfast is OK, and by the way, the TV is not easy to use and can't be turned off.
