Probably due to low season, occupancy rate was not high. Overall service was good, staffs were friendly, bedding were electrically warmed and room was big, clean and comfortable. Only negative is location. Nothing much around the area.

Friendly customer services. Everyone is nice and tried to be helpful. It was great that the hotel offered airport pickup and scenic area drop off. The location is terrible; it was not near any place. You have to take a taxi to go out to get your food unless you want to eat at the restaurant within the hotel. Room is small, especially the bath room, only one person can be in at a time. Breakfast food is average. It will be a language barry for someone who doesn't speak Mandarin.

Well, i didnt manage to stat in this beautiful hotel as my flight got cancel by airline due tk weather condition
Also to late to cancel and got refund as the flight got cancel last minute
