SFEEL Designer Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center)

Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff was incredibly gentle and professional. She even told us about some local sightseeing routes. The room had a great vibe, and the environment was pleasant and very clean overall.

We booked four rooms. The hotel was clean, the smart toilets were a nice touch, and the bedding was spotless. The customer service was great; they proactively upgraded our rooms for free. The view from the window was especially beautiful, overlooking the river that flows down from Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel has a very stylish design, the rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the staff are very friendly.

Got upgraded to a bigger and very clean room with a fantastic view outside the window. The soundproofing was good too, and they even gave us some complimentary snacks.

The room was really nice, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The front desk lady was very friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade!

The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the National University parking lot, so it's easy to find. It's right by a river, and you can hear the soothing sound of the running water, which is really therapeutic. The room was very clean, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, and Jiuzhaigou itself is absolutely stunning!

The room was great with a beautiful view of the mountains and a flowing stream. The hot pot fish at the small restaurant downstairs, highly recommended by the friendly front desk lady, was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and nestled at the foot of a hill, with a small stream right outside – a truly unique view. The tatami-style bed was a cozy touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the stream flowing out from the scenic area. The water flows quite rapidly, and it's very convenient to walk along the riverbank directly to the attractions. The young ladies at the front desk were all incredibly enthusiastic. They helped recommend nearby restaurants and even arranged a car to take us to the high-speed train station when we checked out, which was much more comfortable than taking the bus.
