設施：很齊全，還有小冰箱，有冷飲喝。充電口很多，且插口不會松。酒店還有小童娛樂區，食品櫃，裡邊東西還蠻多的。酒店有景區接送車，不用擔心打車問題，省了很多事。
重點.:酒店有自己的餐廳，可以解決晚餐問題，而且還不貴，分量又大，口味也不錯，這點很好。
衞生：很乾凈，我們住了兩天，阿姨第二天還給收拾了，很暖心。
環境：超出意外，當時糾結另外一個酒店，最終選了這個，很滿意。
服務：很好，當時手上拿了好多東西，前台主動給了袋子，而且還給我們升級了房型。雖然住的過程發生一點問題，但工作人員還是很給力的，給旅程增加了一點暖意。
如果下次還來九寨溝，還會選擇這裏，謝謝你們❤️

服務超級好，剛進大堂工作人員都是熱情的招呼，非常積極快速的辦理了入住，房間也是特別的乾淨整潔，設計的非常好，乾濕分離的，早餐也是蠻豐富的，家人吃的很開心，主要是有免費的擺渡車來回接送，非常方便

此次出行最滿意的酒店！到店時已經很晚了，前台依然非常熱情，小哥哥還幫忙將行李分別送到了各自房間，酒店到景區的擺渡車師傅也很熱情，閑聊時的遊玩一系列建議對我們一行都非常有用。強烈建議大家選擇！

酒店是重新翻修的，比較新，而且有免費洗衣房很方便，就是設備比較少，需要等待時間比較久。距離景區也有一段距離，勝在有安排車輛接送。房間乾淨衞生，床墊非常輕，質量一般，路過碰一下都會移位，兩晚睡得都不是很舒服，很早就會自然醒。各方面總體都還不錯，中等水平，除了前台從一退房後就時常催促要好評比較令人不適以外，其餘都還可以。

九寨溝樹正寨的下午茶🍵，在最後一張圖（環境不錯，可以歇歇腳，但這茶水就是酒店袋泡茶，太沒誠意）
房間不錯⭐
很新，很乾凈，枕頭和床墊的舒服度不錯。旅遊比較累，就應該睡舒服點😊

九寨溝的酒店很多，這家酒店設施比較新，距離見九寨大巴下車點比較近，雖然不在景區門口，但酒店的擺渡車可以接送去景區，另外景區裏面也有贈送的下午茶和點心，位置在樹正羣海觀景台，下午很累逛不動的時候來這休息真的很舒服，到4點再出景區坐酒店車回去，比住景區門口要划算，周邊也有不少吃的。

非常滿意，房間整潔乾淨，服務周到，工作人員很耐心態度好。前台有温水提供，挺及時的。
早餐豐盛，啥都有，總能找到喜歡的。
接送景區門口的服務很贊。挨着白水河，沿着綠道走有好多飯店，還有房車基地一個小市場。
房間非常好，熱水足，床舒服，以後會推薦給朋友。
