The experience in the hotel these two days was very good. Not only was the environment beautiful and the hardware facilities good, but more importantly, their warm and meticulous service. From booking the hotel to the pick-up station, to every moment after check-in, any of our requests were well responded to and well solved. We were as convenient and comfortable in the hotel as at home. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, and it was a little rainy. The housekeeper Jasmine brought us ginger tea to drive us away the cold; when we came back from Jiuzhaigou, she brought us eight-treasure tea to relieve fatigue. When I left the hotel, she also gave me a small photo frame, and Jiuzhaigou's spring, summer, autumn and winter were written with her blessings. The manager on duty that day also provided convenience for us at any time. There are also exclusive housekeepers Neba Baijian, Neba Sopo, the driver at the pick-up station, and every staff member of the hotel. Their service is kind and unpretentious, caring and warm. The room is big enough, the welcome snacks are delicious and beautiful, the room is very photogenic, but it was raining when I went there; I couldn't enjoy the balcony, the mountain view across the street is very beautiful, the hotel has a lot of activities, the employees are very treasures, I found an all-round ambassador, who led meditation, sang, helped with luggage, and served as a life jacket 🦺.

It was a very happy experience to stay at Risai. We were taken care of by the staff of various departments. No matter where we went, they would ask for help with a smile. The one we had the most contact with was our housekeeper @Burney Yuan, who was very responsible, patient, polite, and responsive to every request. We really felt at home in our hotel! It was very thoughtful and warm. They mailed us a family photo. It was really considerate. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou was so beautiful that we would go back and would choose Risai again. The hotel is full of scenery.
