Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Gym

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel is integrated with the scenic area, so it is hard to tell whether it is inside or outside the hotel. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

Unforgettable experience! Before coming here, I was very worried that the location of this Banyan Tree was not worth it. Although some areas including the spa were closed and deserted, the view on the top of the mountain is still worth the trip. The air is quiet, the valley is leisurely, and it is beautiful after the snow falls at night. The forest for hiking in the hotel is highly recommended. The service attitude is enthusiastic. Thank you for upgrading the room type. The interior is decorated in ******* style. The equipment is not so new but the hygiene level is OK. The only thing is that the TV screen projection is difficult. The Chinese restaurant is still open and it is quite satisfactory.

All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points. The hotel staff are also very good, especially Sister Xiao Yang, who is very gentle and has a good attitude. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the rice noodles are delicious hahahaha. Friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to play, this hotel is worth considering!

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. I have to say that the service in the hotel is super good. The front desk staff is very polite and considerate. Especially when I left something behind, they were very enthusiastic to help me find it back. This is very responsible. The environment is great, and the indoor environment is also good. In short, the price-performance ratio is relatively high for me. Next time I bring my family here, I will still choose this place.
