My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Hilton hotel for 3 days two nights very much. The service, food and location of Hilton is excellent. I really appreciated assistant from Hilton staffs Jason and Andy. Jason helped to trace my luggage from the public bus that lost my luggage when I traveled to Hilton hotel. Jason called the driver serval times to follow, locate and negotiate to send the luggage back to me. It eased my problem tremendously. Separately, when I depart Hilton, Andy helped me to reserve a comfortable minibus with reasonable price to take me from Hilton to train station on time. All and all, my experience in Hilton was wonderful.

Great experience with receptionist. Recommended for people who want to be within walkable distance to jiuzhaigou entrance. The macdonalds downstairs opening is 9am to 8pm. Breakfast is acceptable, but sitting is limited. Second floor is non smoking floor but the corridor reeks of cigarette smell.

Location: In Luneng Town, Zhongchagou, it is about an hour and a half away from the airport. The altitude is not high. When you come from the airport, you pass by the Forest Park and you are completely shocked! The view from the hotel balcony when you open the door is really great! Excellent location! The layout is also one step at a time, with flowers, plants and trees complementing each other~ Hygiene: Very clean and cleaned in a timely manner Service: Before I arrived, Jason at the front desk had already contacted me to inquire about my check-in needs, and also helped to make an appointment for pick-up service, which was very considerate. When I opened the door on the night of check-in, I saw that the turndown bed had been turned down and the room temperature was also very suitable. In Jiuzhaigou, which is still a little chilly, I felt cared for; the staff I met every day in the hotel were also very nice and the service was in place. I really recommend this hotel. It can wash away all the fatigue during the journey. I brought my mother here and she was very satisfied👍

Hotel provides a hot bath in next bldg which is made up of several pools of different temperature. Ideal for winding down after a mountainous day. Restaurant options are limited, location is a little secluded compared to Hilton. Toilet flushes problematic need to improve. However stay is peaceful, room is spacious with a little balcony for laundry. Overall stay is acceptable and good for the price paid.

I wanted to miss the peak, so I chose to come to Jiuzhaigou during the National Day. Among the three hotels in Luneng Town, I chose Indigo because I wanted to experience the ******* design characteristics. After experiencing it, I feel that I made the right choice. Thanks to Miss Mia for contacting us in advance and informing us that there is a pick-up and drop-off service in the package, which saves us a lot of worry and effort! This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

As a resort hotel, it is located in the mountains and secluded from the world. At the top of the mountain at an altitude of 2600m, drive there by yourself. The winding mountain road is like a snake, which is quite fun. There is a sense of ceremony when you arrive at the hotel. There will be a welcome tea and a very fragrant orange blossom essential oil hand towel to welcome you. The hotel staff's clothing is also very distinctive. They all wear Qiang costumes, and they are warm and polite. The service is very thoughtful. Especially Lucy Wu is very enthusiastic to the guests... I am very happy with this stay

It’s the Zhenjiang Guan shuttle bus pickup and drop off point…very convenient for F&E travellers. Hotel is old but well maintained. It offers very good personalised services. Our stay includes welcome fruits, free medicine pack for leg soak and also traditional wear experience. Cons: the bed was too hard for me, the breakfast was not appetising and hotel guests smoked everywhere.
