Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Breakfast

Great room, just a small pity about the odd toilet door locking mechanism. Do note the area around the hotel is…quite dead (there’s not much to eat after sunset - caveat that this was in low season, in Dec 24). It’s also a short drive away from Jiuzaigou proper (about 10 minutes), so not right outside the entrance area. What really stood out was the extremely friendly and accommodating staff members who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Special shout-out to Delia at the front desk for answering all the questions we had about the hotel, the area around, and Jiuzaigou itself. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance to!

Excellent Stay – Clean Hotel & Great Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Klein, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me in booking a bus, making my trip even more convenient. His friendly and professional service made a great impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The best hotel in Jiuzhaigou. Lucas' service is very considerate. He will contact us in advance to inform us of the road conditions and remind us of things that need attention. We were also given an upgraded room, with a balcony facing the snow and cedars, which was very beautiful. The hotel has central air conditioning, and because they are worried that the guests will feel cold, there are additional oil heaters 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It takes about half an hour to drive to the scenic spot. The hotel also provides pick-up service. Recommended stay.

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel is integrated with the scenic area, so it is hard to tell whether it is inside or outside the hotel. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

Hanging on the mountain, lying in the clouds, the cloud secret hotel at an altitude of 2,500 meters is the perfect interpretation of a paradise! Standing on the top of the mountains, there is a rolling sea of ​​clouds under your feet, and there are continuous snow-capped mountains in front of you. The beauty is beyond imagination! Without going to the scenic area, the scenery around the hotel is already beautiful. Whether you enjoy afternoon tea in the lobby or dinner in the restaurant, your mood is wonderful! Liu Fengyi from Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou's service from beginning to end is very considerate and professional. The 3 nights are fleeting. Next time, I will go to lie down and play in another season😂😂😂 The only regret is that the hotel's cute pandas are a little less in stock, and I didn't buy enough. The price is really conscience price🥰🥰🥰

All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points. The hotel staff are also very good, especially Sister Xiao Yang, who is very gentle and has a good attitude. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the rice noodles are delicious hahahaha. Friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to play, this hotel is worth considering!

Our stay at Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, located just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance, was a blend of positives and areas needing improvement. The Japanese-style room with floor heating initially felt elegant and cozy. However, the experience was overshadowed by some challenges. We noticed stains on the toilet bowl upon check-in, which indicated that cleaning could have been more thorough. Although housekeeping responded quickly, the cleaner only wiped the surface, leaving room for improvement in addressing the issue. Later in the evening, the heater malfunctioned as temperatures outside dropped to -2°C. While the room’s floor heating was a thoughtful addition, it didn’t compensate for the lack of overall heating. When we requested a room change, the hotel declined and instead sent a technician to address the issue. While the problem was resolved, it meant waiting in discomfort, which could have been avoided with better preparation and more focus on guest convenience. The hotel’s location and room design are definite strengths, but attention to maintenance and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience. With some improvements, this hotel could truly match its potential. For now, guests may want to manage expectations when staying here.

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )
