It is my first time to come to Jiuzhaigou and I feel honored to stay at your hotel and feel at home and receive considerate service. In particular, the Angel Butler is excellent, professional, enthusiastic and sincere! The hotel's breakfast is sumptuous, with Chinese and Western food paired with local flavors; dinner has a variety of hotpots and special Chinese food that tastes really good. Jiuzhai is beautiful in all seasons, and your hotel has added vitality. I plan to come back next time.

The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

The hotel is very close to Mizokou, and it is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area! The environment is also very good, the room is warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning is sufficient. After a day of playing, you can have a good rest! The experience was very good. I recommended it to my friends. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Jiuzhaigou!

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

It is very close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. The hotel is quite big and has a free parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is provided, and the variety is quite rich, including pastries, milk, soy milk, porridge, pickles, side dishes, etc., but there is no noodles. The hotel can arrange free delivery to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. This service is very satisfactory. Because the parking lot of the scenic area is far away and inconvenient, an off-road vehicle was arranged to take us off a few minutes after we registered at the front desk. Master Xu was also very enthusiastic.

The hotel introduces itself as ”Jiuzhaigou State Guesthouse”. I chose this hotel because I prefer and trust the state-owned hotel. This is the real experience after checking in. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the service is really good, there is no smiling service, but it is very practical. The restaurant's food is extremely delicious and the portions are large. Five adults couldn't finish the set meal for four purchased on Ctrip, and it's flexible enough to change dishes. After two days of eating, everything was delicious. We arrived a few minutes late for breakfast, and the waiter left the hot porridge pot and brought out some boiled eggs. It was unimaginable to go to Jiuzhaigou without breakfast in such a cold weather. The room has air conditioning and an electric blanket. The shower room has a lot of hot water. It comes with a large bottle of Longrich. The domestic product is really good. Disadvantages: All public areas basically have no air conditioning and are extremely cold, which is hard to accept. There is only one room card, and the air conditioner must be restarted every time you return, so it is difficult to bring the room temperature up. Also, breakfast ends at nine o'clock, which is really too early and misses the fact that there is no convenient place to eat around. The conclusion is that if you just want a warm bed, delicious meals, and a comfortable hot bath at night, this hotel is a good choice. If you still need a comfortable environment and friendly service, you need to make other plans. ”State Guesthouse” is a bit of an exaggeration.

The room was clean and warm, with air conditioning and electric blankets. If it was still cold, you could borrow an electric heater, which saved my life! The bed was also very comfortable and I slept until dawn. It is worth mentioning that the store is very, very good. On the first day, I took the passenger to the wrong place. After contacting the store, I sent a car to pick it up. I really appreciate it.
