房間入住感受很好 設施齊全 前台服務很貼心 客房大姐也很有禮貌 下次有機會入住還會選擇這家酒店 酒店還有免費打停車場 停車也很方便

這家酒店去年住了兩天，感覺很不借。這次看家人住北關方便。第二天航班。設施較好，衞生保潔做的不錯，停車方便，環境一般，美食街走百米就到。服務達標。建議房應放一個體重秤，放一小本客用便簽。個性化服務缺失。希提高管理水平。瞭解到酒店是華住會加盟店，對攜程客户區別對待，前台勸我改華住會平台，便宜優惠。這是不好的。離店給前台説了，他們很謙虛接並向上級反應。

首先，酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利吃完飯就過來入住很方便，房間方面的話，空間比較大、寬敞明亮，很整潔衞生做的也很好。衞生間是乾濕分離的，使用起來比較方便，隔音效果也不錯，一覺睡到了天亮。服務人員很貼心進門就給了熱水，大廳還有茶水和糖果。

房間有異味 車子停在酒店停車場被劃 開始酒店不處理讓我們自行報警處理 監控不能給我們看 打了400投訴電話酒店才開始看監控 又叫我們一起去看監控 前後矛盾啊 因為工作要開會 沒辦法去看監控 就由酒店前台看監控 歷時四個多小時 酒店説沒看到別人劃我的車 看監控中途工作人員時不時不在 不看 我拍了這個過程被盤問為什麼要拍視頻 然後看到酒店前台在錄監控 估計怕擔責也不想處理

第二次住了，性價比合適，房間是比較大的，酒店屬於鬧中取靜的，前面有一個院子，是停車場，出入開車會方便一些，位置在老城區市中心，離商場和超市都近些，很舒適。
