老闆熱情友好，迅速為我辦理好了入住手續，並耐心解答了我所有的問題，服務非常專業。房間空間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，設施齊全且嶄新。床品柔軟舒適，讓我睡得很安心。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品齊全，熱水供應充足且穩定。
這次趕巧遇到婚禮，在酒店蹭了一頓晚飯和早飯。
總之，這家酒店無論是環境、服務還是配套設施，都無可挑剔。我強烈推薦給來九龍縣旅遊或出差的朋友們，相信你們也會在這裏度過一段愉快的時光！

優點：房間夠大、晚上安靜。
缺點：1、房間抽紙比快餐店還差，2、牙具沒有牙膏、居然用公共牙膏（這麼多年第一次見），3、熱水器漏水、廁所衞生細節不好，4、廁所風暖不工作。整體在200多價位屬於中等偏下。

從成都經彝海到九龍，因計劃去仙女湖，所以選擇在烏拉溪住宿，在網上搜尋的時候本不抱希望能訂到一個像樣的住宿地，然而掃到了這家“沈家別院”抵達後，眼前一亮，整體感覺不亞於江南的精緻民俗，地方寬敞，房間整潔，設施齊全，晚餐的味道也不錯，出乎我們意料，晚飯期間還提供冰塊，這很符合我們對冰鎮飲品需求，而且開紅酒的工具都是自動的。老闆很熱情，對於我們九龍之行提供了很多建議，還介紹了不為人知的景點。個人認為是準備在烏拉溪住宿的首選之地

房間乾淨整潔，設施配套用心，院子裏打理得很舒服，前一天晚上從石九線穿越趕到時已經晚上11點了，一天都沒吃飯，老闆聽到就馬上喊廚師起床給我們炒菜……整體服務水準是非常不錯的，值得推薦。
