The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were also very kind. Special praise goes to the laundry lady on the 37th floor and the two front desk staff on October 8th. I had to go out in the morning and was worried that my clothes wouldn't dry. After I told the staff on the 37th floor, they not only dried them for me but also delivered them to my room. It was so convenient. The four front desk staff on October 7th and 8th were also very professional, especially the two on October 8th. I was supposed to check out at 2 pm, but I was late because I didn't have time to check out. I called to ask if I could check out a little later, and they immediately agreed. They were also very nice when I checked out. When I left, I even saw the staff cleaning the ceiling. They work hard, but they ensure the hotel's quality and hygiene.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to everywhere, and the parking lot in front is also very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; when I mentioned wanting a better view, they proactively upgraded me to a high-floor room with a 180-degree lake view. Breakfast was on the 26th floor, which was fantastic – the view was even better than from the room! 👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiujiang.

I have a compliment to this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and the rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The staff is attentive and can meet the needs of guests in time. The room is very clean and the cleaning is very good. What room will be needed in time. The breakfast ingredients in the restaurant are fresh. The category is very good. There is a night market around. Li Mall is cleaned for 10 minutes. This is a very satisfying accommodation experience. I will recommend it to friends around me.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel environment. It's just across a bridge from the highway exit, a two- or three-minute drive away. They even have robots that deliver goods to your door. The only slight disappointment was that the hotel didn't have a washing machine or dryer. There weren't many places to eat or shop around, but there was a very popular restaurant next door that you could try!

Room was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The breakfast was really good and had a large selection of breakfast items. Location near the railway station was ideal as we arrived late in the evening. Staff were very attentive and went well beyond the norm to help us navigate around the area. All in all a very well-presented hotel and would definitely stay there again when we next visit Jiujiang.

The level of service and quality of room are what you would expect of Hilton hotels. The breakfast was above average. Overall it was a lovely experience except for one misdirection by the front desk when I asked for directions to Donglin Big Buddha but when I got there, it was closed because of Monday. Why didn’t she tell me not to waste a trip there but instead said it was a good day to go because the following day would be very crowded

This hotel really gave me so many surprises! From the moment you step into the lobby, you feel the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and the check-in process was efficient and fast. The room is spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably furnished, and the cleanliness is amazing. The equipment of smart devices adds a lot of convenience and provides a great experience. The location of the hotel is also very good and traveling is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, varied, fresh and delicious, injecting full energy into the start of the day. All in all, this is a very recommended hotel and I will choose this hotel again next time I travel.

I went to Jiujiang to participate in the 2025 marathon. It was my first time to Jiujiang. The accommodation experience was very good. I don’t know if the Jiujiang Cultural and Tourism Bureau had done its homework in advance. Anyway, the hotel had made preparations in advance. There were relevant promotional materials and items in the lobby. When checking in, I told the front desk that because I was participating in the full marathon, I would not be able to return to the hotel until after 12 noon. I hoped to be assisted in delayed check-out. After the hotel understood the situation, the front desk was very enthusiastic and considerate and said that I could delay check-out until 16 o'clock. It was great. There was no pressure to check out when running. Warm fruits and snacks were also prepared in the room, just in time for lunch after running the next day. The hotel is in a very good location, by the lake, and the lake view room booked in advance has beautiful and quiet scenery. The room and the outside of the hotel are very clean, reflecting the hotel's management and humanistic care. Jiujiang Marathon, the result achieved PB, thanks to the support of Peninsula Hotel. If I have the opportunity to go to Jiujiang again, I will probably continue to stay here.

This hotel has done a great job in details. A very satisfying stay and a very pleasant trip to Jiujiang. Because I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist named Zhang was very helpful. He upgraded me to a suite for free and carefully guided me to find food. It turned out that there was Happy City - a shopping mall next to it. It was very convenient to eat in the hotel. Scan the QR code at the door and you'll be there in a few minutes. The hotel is adjacent to Bali Lake. You can cross the road from the door and reach the embankment of Bali Lake. In the morning, runners passed by me one after another, full of energy. Jiujiang is not a big place. I rode a small electric donkey directly from the hotel to Pipa Pavilion. It took about 40 minutes. I like to wear headphones, listen to songs, and feel like riding a small electric donkey. Facing the sun, the breeze caressing my face, watching Watching the city scene, occasionally stopping to take pictures of the street scenes. When we arrived at Pipa Pavilion, we walked along the Yangtze River Embankment, the Yangtze River Bridge, Suojiang Tower, and Xunyang Tower, and leisurely watched the historical stories. We took the electric donkey to Yuliang South Road again, walked along Yuliang South Road to see the popular street scenes of Jiujiang City, wandered around Nengren Temple, and then strolled along Li Gongdi. On the right was Gantang Lake, on the left was Nanhu, and the afterglow of the sunset spread in the evening. On the lake surface, it shines with warmth. It’s not far from Happy City by riding along Renmin Road. You can find some delicious food in Happy City and ride back to the hotel with a full stomach.
