It is very close to the famous scenic spots in Jiujiang City, Xunyang Tower, Suojiang Tower and Pipa Pavilion. There are buses directly at the door to reach these attractions. Standing upstairs in the hotel, you can enjoy the Yangtze River! Next to the hotel are Langjing, Yuliang Tower and Guanying Tower. Behind you is Dazhonglou Pedestrian Street. It is also very close to the former site of Jiujiang ** and Gantang Lake, namely Li Gongdi, Yanshui Pavilion, Guanyin Pavilion, and Sixian Bridge, and can be reached on foot or by bus. Overall, my experience during this hotel stay was quite satisfactory. However, one significant issue really detracted from the experience: several open paint cans were left in the guest room hallway, indicating some localized painting work was underway. This caused the entire corridor to be filled with a strong, pungent paint smell that was quite overpowering and made it very difficult to breathe. I hope the hotel will be more mindful of its renovation/maintenance schedule going forward. For instance, they could try to schedule such work during off-peak hours or ensure proper area isolation and ventilation to minimize disruption to guests. Putting this issue aside, the service and facilities were otherwise commendable.

It was my first time to Jiujiang and I was lucky to stay at Yuanzhou Yiting Hotel. The hotel is in a good location, facing Nanhu Lake, with a wide view and pure lake view rooms. The hotel shares the lobby and breakfast with the Sheraton Hotel and enjoys the services of a five-star hotel. From the doorman, the receptionist to the front desk, they are all polite, thoughtful and meticulous. The breakfast ingredients are rich and exquisite. The room is clean, tidy, warm, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom facilities are complete. The hotel presented red wine, fruit plate and warm blessings to the birthday guest on that day, which was very touching! This hotel is worth staying in again!

Every time I go on a business trip, I choose Hampton by Hilton. This time I came to Jiujiang for a business trip. It happened that Hampton by Hilton Xunyang was close to the place where I was doing business. The transportation nearby was very convenient, and it was not far from going out to eat. The hotel's large parking lot is also very good for parking. The lobby office area has an elegant environment, the facilities and equipment are very new, and the room hygiene is also good, clean and tidy! It was very comfortable to stay! The front desk staff were all very polite. They would smile and say hello when they met, which gave me a good mood for the day [happy] I stayed for another day because it was comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of Jiujiang City, next to the passenger terminal, convenient for public transportation and self-driving. It is surrounded by pedestrian streets, Yanshui Pavilion, ** Museum, mosque and other attractions, which are convenient for walking. The hotel facilities are good and can meet basic requirements. The room facing the passenger terminal is actually a river view room. Breakfast on the top floor has a great view of the river, lake and city, and the buffet is also rich. Although the parking lot is a bit simple, there are two parking spaces in the front and back, and there are still sufficient parking spaces.

The room was very clean, and the front desk lady was very good at serving. The small twin room booked the first two nights, and the 1.5 double room booked on the third day. The front desk lady upgraded me to the 1.8 double room.

The hotel is at the end of the road, separated from the river embankment by a train track. A slow freight train will pass by in half a day, which is quite interesting. The hotel entrance is not big, which is a bit disappointing at first glance. There is a large parking lot at the back. , the front desk service is okay, but the management feels that it is not as standardized as national chain hotels such as Ji, Atour, etc. Some front desks are laughing and joking, and the public areas and floors are very clean. I booked a river view room, which is a side view, not facing the river. Some with terraces have better views, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. In general, the hotel is facing the road and lacks a yard. The hardware is good and the service can be more standardized!

Due to work reasons, I come to Jiujiang at this time every year and stay in this hotel. When it was called Tianhai Hotel, the hotel facilities and services were very poor. It seems that the owner changed two years ago and the place was renovated again. The design style, color matching, bathroom facilities, and bedding have all undergone a qualitative leap. Although the renovation was about two years ago, it is still in good condition. But this time I had a very bad experience staying here, especially the attitude of the front desk clerk, which was seriously inconsistent with the facilities of this hotel. I always felt like I owed her a lot of money and she never smiled. In addition, the indoor hygiene and service are equally poor. The dining table and bedside table in the room are all covered with a layer of dirt. After cleaning the guest room every day, they simply make the bed, replenish the toothbrushes and mineral water, and never wipe the table. Don't accuse me of wrongly blaming the waiter. The hair on the table was right there on the white table, but I didn't see it. The disposable toilet seat covers were not updated, and the toilet paper was almost used up but not replenished in time. Do I need to call the front desk to ask for it? If the rectification is not carried out in time, the decoration will be wasted.

The hotel booked this time felt very good, the staff was very enthusiastic, the room was upgraded, the room layout was reasonable and warm, the room was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, the bathroom design was dry and wet, the hotel price was quite cost-effective, and the takeaway could be delivered to the room.
