"I checked in with the fantasy of seeing the stars in Yiduyun. Unfortunately, it was foggy that night and I couldn't see any. The hygiene is OK, but the soundproofing is not that good. "I went to Jiujiang to participate in the 2025 marathon. It was my first time to Jiujiang. The accommodation experience was very good. I don’t know if the Jiujiang Cultural and Tourism Bureau had done its homework in advance. Anyway, the hotel had made preparations in advance. When checking in, I told the front desk that because I was participating in the full marathon, I would not be able to return to the hotel until after 12 noon. "Overall, my experience during this hotel stay was quite satisfactory. However, one significant issue really detracted from the experience: several open paint cans were left in the guest room hallway, indicating some localized painting work was underway. This caused the entire corridor to be filled with a strong, pungent paint smell that was quite overpowering and made it very difficult to breathe. I hope the hotel will be more mindful of its renovation/maintenance schedule going forward. For instance, they could try to schedule such work during off-peak hours or ensure proper area isolation and ventilation to minimize disruption to guests. Putting this issue aside, the service and facilities were otherwise commendable."
