酒店位置在九江市的中心，客運碼頭旁邊，公交及自駕都方便，周邊就是步行街、煙水亭、**博物館、清真寺等景點，步行方便。酒店的設施還不錯，能滿足基本要求，房間對着客運碼頭實際是江景房，早餐在頂樓看到江、湖和城景絕佳，自助餐也算豐富。停車場雖然簡易了一些，但前後有二個，車位還比較充分。

前台的那個大堂副理，我還是想問問你，大過年的我是招你了還是惹你了？特意定的18層以上房間，到店非給我13層的，還説是人家攜程展示錯誤，錯了你倒改呀，和我沒關係吧？臨時定的酒店，12點40到，怕你為難我，特意換了提前入住四小時，結果到店説沒房，我問是沒退房還是沒凈房，我衹是想把行李放下，你言之鑿鑿的跟我説是沒退、而且連臟房都沒有，好，那我就站在旁邊等，可能是鬧它心了，又等了半個小時，突然就冒出倆臟房。上樓一看，恨不得整層都是空房！小子，你工作不順，升不了大堂正經理，這和我沒關係吧？這些都無所謂，你給我個正常的房，這要求不高吧？結果，呵呵，就圖片這德行，頂噴是壞的，下水也是壞的，要個拖鞋，半天不送，問就説是走錯屋了。最關鍵是，就這麼盯着你們，床品還不給一客一換，唉！

樓層服務員臟的床單竟然沒更換，前台服務意識差，提出這個怎麼解決，竟然説給你換房間，好像這樣就是解決問題的辦法，給我們最大的恩惠。服務行業是這種意識，沒有認識到問題的根本，提升服務是個空話，怎麼會留住回頭客。就像給人五顆星外表，最多三顆星的服務。

要是去廬山玩的話 這個酒店落腳很方便 第二天坐最早的一班公交車去索道 離江邊潯陽樓也很近 當天下午還去了九江博物館 也是坐公交車去的 酒店窗簾裏面有個大鏡子很喜歡贊 不過好像沒有涼拖鞋 也可能是我沒找到 12點之前有k歌的聲音 其他沒什麼

房間是江景房，非常好。設施完整，好用。停車地方小點，可能地處鬧市。服務員態度好，很熱情解答疑問，幫助出行。早餐環境好，有湖景和江景。就是節假日顯得地方小，再有餐食一般。
