Worst customer service ever won’t recommend to anyone, didn’t even spend up to 6 hours of sleep I was being disturbed by there receptionist after checking in had to switch to another hotel to get a good night sleep if your a foreigner better not book this hotel.

I beg Ctrip not to recommend such a hotel to me. There are cigarette butts on the ground, cracked biscuits under the windows, and hair on the stools. Tell me that it has been cleaned up, and the hotel's towels are not as tattered as ordinary B&Bs. The air conditioner is broken, there is only one leaf, and the other leaf is missing. The water leaks all night. The place where the water leaks happens to be the head of the bed. It can't be 38 degrees outside, so I don't turn on the air conditioner inside. This experience is really bad. If there is no place to park at the entrance, you need to walk 10 minutes to the designated parking lot. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, and the security guard is still smoking inside
