酒店離廬山景區很近。酒店設施很好，接待大廳高大上。房間裝修大氣，性價比價。空間寬敞，用品齊全。酒店人員服務態度好，一到店登記就送了一份飲料礦泉水伴手禮，還貼心的給孩子娃娃禮物。尤其感謝104劉茜107周美眉引導，很滿意的一次入住體驗。

前台服務熱情，給免費升級了房型，環境乾淨整潔，該有的設施基本上都有，酒店名字帶有荷字，裏面好些配套都帶有荷花的元素，感覺還是比較不錯的。

帶孩子來廬山旅遊，看這家酒店距離廬山風景區北門很近，衹有幾公里，非常方便，就預訂了，到了酒店後確實不錯，前台還送了手繪小杯子一個，挺精緻的，還送了水果，真的很温馨，很贊！

房間非常好，帶孩子來比賽，酒店非常貼心，孩子們經常忘記帶房卡服務員不厭其煩的來開門，水更新的也很及時，設施也很不錯，性價比很高。最最要讚的是最後一天還給我延遲了退房，希望繼續保持這種服務精神。
