Very poor accommodation experience 1. First of all, no staff mentioned the welcome fruits mentioned in the special items from beginning to end 2. The smart furniture service Xiaodu in the special project is useless at all. The curtains in the room I live in can't be closed, and the sun shines directly into my eyes early in the morning and I can't sleep well. 3. I would like to pour a glass of water to drink. The cups here are as shown in pictures 2 and 3. They are very dirty. 4. The TV remote control also has no batteries. All movies on the TV require VIP access. 5. The hotel at this price does not provide bathrobes? It was only after I called the front desk that it was delivered to me.  too poor!

I stayed out for five consecutive days during the Spring Festival, and Jiujiang Galactic Boutique Hotel was the best and most satisfactory one. I am very satisfied with the food, accommodation and transportation. The room is clean and tidy, the area is very large, and the decoration style is upscale. I had a great meal at the buffet on the third floor in the evening. I was very happy. You can eat seafood and mutton as you like. The waiters served enthusiastically and the various dishes are also very rich. The breakfast has a full range of colors and varieties to suit all types of people. It deserves a five-star rating.

First of all, let me state that giving one point does not mean that the hotel really belongs to the 1-point level. I made a reservation in advance and used the room upgrade privilege when booking. When I checked in, I found that I was not offered a room upgrade. I asked the front desk guy: Can't I upgrade my room? The younger brother said: We are full and cannot upgrade. I asked again: Is it really impossible to get promoted? The front desk said: No. I immediately clicked on Ctrip and found out, oh, it turned out that I had a room, so I had to pay a higher price, hahahaha. After arriving in the room, I contacted Ctrip, and the hotel housekeeper communicated with me and sincerely apologized to me. I said: It is not a problem with Ctrip. There is no need to apologize for the hotel. I have given this hotel a bad review. The funny thing is, after about an hour, the twin room can be upgraded to the lake view first, and it will be upgraded for free. I looked at him and said, let’s get promoted. The funny thing happened again in the evening. Fruits were not given. I asked Ctrip. After communicating with the hotel housekeeper, at around 22:00, fruits were given to the double bed room. The double bed room was not upgraded and no fruit was given. I don’t care about your fruit. What else can I say if the service industry doesn’t have a contractual spirit? To be honest, the scenery of Bali Lake is very beautiful, the breakfast in the hotel is decent and rich, and the sanitation facilities are also of good quality. After walking around the lake for a while, I discovered that this is not the hotel with the view of Bali Lake, haha. I just want to say that only true reviews from Ctrip users can help people avoid pitfalls, and perhaps make the hotel industry feel better. Give Ctrip hotel housekeeper a thumbs up.

On the first day I checked in, I did not enjoy the upgrade rights because the room was fully booked, so I booked a river-view twin room early the next morning. The front desk arranged a small window room like the one in Figure 1. When I contacted the front desk, the male employee in a gray suit lied about the river-view twin room. The beds and rooms are all like this. I’m shocked by the service level. So what’s the point of booking a river view room? I’m angry.

來廬山旅遊，入住了這家酒店。服務態度和硬件都很好，符合星級標準，床品質感更是上乘。入住的是豪華湖景房，可同時看九江八里湖城景和湖景。入住第一天體驗反饋給到經理後，後續的改進方案很快很周到，第二天果斷續住。重視消費者訴求，給酒店團隊誠摯服務點贊。再來廬山，還會繼續來這家很有人情味的酒店。

房間很乾凈！很舒服，酒店服務也很好，很有耐心，客房阿姨也很好，酒店提供的服務很多，因為訂的房型滿了免費升級了房間，湖景房的景色很好看，早餐也很豐富，整體給滿分！！酒店竟然還能提供泡腳桶哈哈哈哈太讚了

酒店裝修風格以藍色調為主 是蔚藍的星空和大海的顏色 十分特別；沒施很新 都由小度智能控制；停車場很大 停車方便；服務很好 前台小胡服務態度很好很熱情；早餐種類也很豐富 整體來説非常滿意。強烈推薦！

房間全新，裝修簡單不失奢華，非常舒服。酒店服務很棒，還送了小朋友樂高玩具，五一期間還為我們升級到豪華湖景房，非常感謝！九江真得很美，下回還會再來！
