已經很久沒認真寫過評價了，但鑒於這家酒店的槽點，擇其中倆，覺得還是有必要説下： 1、服務真的很差。 理由1：第一天晚上從廬山下來，到店比較晚，帶小孩需要燒點熱水用，但酒店房間衹有2瓶小礦泉，就想着問酒店前台再要兩瓶，第二天出門再去買桶裝水，結果前台卻不給送，理由是每個房間衹給兩瓶。（我也不是要圖酒店兩瓶水那幾塊錢，主要是為了方便，因為該酒店真的很偏、很偏、很偏）。 理由2：帶小孩吃早餐，由於房型衹有2份早餐，超過1.2m的小童要交錢，這點我能理解（門口測量要比實際高5釐米左右，大家要注意），但無法理解的是安排了個大媽在門口收錢。我不是歧視大媽，但她居然讓我自己操作POS機付錢，她説她不會？！！ 我已經拒絕她第一次，讓她自己弄清楚再找我結算，結果弄半天還是跑過來叫我自己操作！我在攜程訂酒店也十幾年了，真的第一次碰到這種奇葩服務。早餐就不多説了，非常一般！ 理由3：我訂了兩天，用了浴袍不給換就算了，然而抽紙也不更新，第二天抽了不到10張就沒了！我也懶得找前台，自己包裏有就拿出來用了。 2、空調很迷。 第一天我從20：30左右到店，開空調，設定18℃最大風力（下半夜調成中風，因為會直吹床鋪，有點難受），一直到第二天早上8點左右，房間温度成功的從29度降到了27度。也怪我，因為出行匆忙，臨時訂酒店，沒注意看之前的評論，空調問題很多人都説了，沒注意到。還好爬廬山帶了倆小風扇，還算頂用。這次如果不是行李帶多了，行程又比較緊，第二天説什麼也必須換酒店！ 綜上：這是一家我再也不會訂，也不推薦的酒店。

酒店一樓就餐環境好可以**點餐口味不錯搭配合理，酒店房間面積大，大了整理舒適度就高出很多，乾濕分離有獨立衣帽間，服務人員熱情，機器人隨叫隨到，對面就是湖，早晚可以散散步

酒店規模非常大，設有地下停車場，對於自駕的遊客和商務活動非常友好。房間環境和設施也一流，周邊景色也很優美，可以直觀廬山和芳蘭湖。

房間很乾凈，酒店很大。工作人員會盡量滿足我們的需求。房間寬敞舒適，設施一應俱全，床品舒適柔軟，早餐品種豐富，味道美味可口，服務人員小郭熱情周到，推薦
