房間裏面環境就很差 花灑也很臟 按金都退的慢 房間裏面什麼都沒有拖鞋都沒有要200按金 退房兩三個小時按金都不退真是無語

入住即送小強一衹，給充滿殺蟲水香味的房間帶來一絲鮮活的氣息。打電話讓客服處理換房，那個高個女前台説話有氣無力，還讓我拿卡去前台換卡才能給換房。衹能説，千潯我們後會無期吧。

酒店環境和實際環境不符，房間內基礎設施不全，連個空調遙控器都找不到，問前台態度也不好，還説這個天氣你們還要開空調，開不開是客人的自由吧，房間裏面很簡陋，牆皮很多都要掉了，第一次見熱水壺放衞生間的，避雷家人們，這家，要不是這幾天其他酒店貴，我們也不會選這個。避雷.不值這個價。

千萬不要來這家店，一共換了四個房間一個沒有插座一個空調響得像拖拉機，一個水龍頭沒水，一個沒窗户，一個沒有熱水，晚上2點打電話問前台沒熱水，前台叫我放水30分鐘試試，等到第二天中午都沒熱水。外面個位數温度裏面水最高温度就30度真的絕。找客服投訴想要退部分款，商家説自己沒問題，笑死。我去年來的時候沖了幾千了，辣**不會再來。早點倒閉吧
