I immediately called the front desk to complain and then another waiter came to the front desk to explain to me that I can temporarily accept that reason, so we lived in this room with an upgraded room type and the toilet in this room was very smelly. After the feedback of the day, we waited for us to come back and changed the room on the side. The toilet was finally good. The four rooms we are in have a unified problem. The toilet is cold. The hardware facilities are not good. One of the girls in the hotel staff is very unprofessional. We basically have a lot of speechless things happening because of her. Many facilities in the hotel are not available. The gym is not good. The children's outdoor paradise is not good. Speaking of a good place, it is very convenient to have a car transfer to the town. The location of the hotel is very good. The scenery is good. There is also a villa in Zhang Xueliang. The service staff can also deal with the problem in time except for some.
