The spring night was cool and the breeze was blowing. I was really shocked to choose to stay at the Xiangxi Crown Hotel. There was a quiet and peaceful goat runway downstairs. The front desk lady Cao Dan provided great service. I was very satisfied with the room she arranged for me during check-in. The front desk service was enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade our room. The interior was newly decorated, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was good. I chose the Crown Hotel because of its unique charm. The front desk lady Cao Dan provided warm and friendly service, and was thoughtful and considerate!

The lady at the front desk of the hotel saw that she was bringing children, so she upgraded to a suite. The room was very large. She also gave the children special bathrobes and slippers, as well as fruits. The children were very happy. The breakfast was rich and the service attitude was also very good. It is recommended to stay here.

It should be the best hotel in Jishou. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is Tianhong Shopping Mall downstairs. The hotel room is very new and has complete facilities. The smart toilet and defogging glass are very user-friendly. The hotel is hygienic and clean, and the service staff is friendly. I traveled with my family this time. I stayed for 2 nights and booked 5 executive king-bed rooms. The room is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the whole view of the ancient city of Qianzhou. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity. .
