Small rooms, not very clean. The hosts are very nice. Overall, I suggest it, especially if you want to travel on a budget.

昨天我訂的是大床房，老闆免費給我升級成圓床房，酒店地置很好，走10分鐘就是關相門和商業城，購物很方便，#服務老闆服務態度很好，#衞生很乾凈，唯一不好的就是窗户對面是一家補習班有點吵，過了8點就好了

訂的時候沒注意，房間是可以抽煙的，所以房間有一點煙味。對於我這種不抽煙的人來講還是有些麻煩其他還行吧！對於這個價位來講也算好的了。

出差過來的，一開始不放心，先到店裡看了看才下了單，老闆人很好，直接在店裡付錢也不會多收。房間整體衞生都很乾凈，床品設備也都不錯，直接住了8天説明一切，附近比較熱鬧，吃飯地方很多，買東西也很方便。房間暫時沒有提供免費礦泉水（附近零食店礦泉水一元一瓶）另外喜歡睡懶覺的定特價房要注意靠着陽台那一側早上8點半左右樓下會有商場的喇叭，不是特別吵，但是也能聽到聲音，我是8點多就起床了影響不大，所以沒有換房間。

入住後前台專門私信我，説什麼我訂的價格太低了，看我都來了就算了。意思你施捨我？價格不是你定的？第二天，床頭跑出一衹大蟑螂，前台説正常。再三要求下給我換了間房。

1.半夜停電，非常無語，當時我正在洗澡
2.服務很差，停電後去找前台詢問，她一直説我沒插卡，糾正了她兩三分鐘才來房間裏面，自己插了幾遍卡之後信了，後面走出去之後打電話，嘴裏嘀咕跳閘了，後面半天沒搞好，去找她，人都不在前台了，後面答應換一間房，黑漆漆的，我們搬行李換房，半夜累的夠嗆，期間還要方言溝通，完全聽不懂，我還把小蛋糕點了用來照明
3.吹風機都沒有你説氣不氣
4.洗髮水沐浴露很劣質，小袋包裝的
5.房間水也沒有，第一次住水都沒有的酒店
廁所沒有紙巾，很服氣，不知道是不是忘了放
6.第二天也沒來搞衞生，沒來收我們的生活垃圾
7.酒店在三樓，沒電梯，第二層的台階一直這兩三天一直是積水的，剛來的時候提着行李箱踩着高跟鞋差點摔倒
8.換的那個房間不是跟乾淨，床頭有油漬
9.隔音非常差，走廊有人走路都聽得到

一個人經常來回吉首差旅，衹要求乾淨即可。在網上搜了一下，價格實惠，抱着好奇的態度第一次入住這家酒店，很温馨，乾淨，熱水充足，而且緊挨着步行街，和盛堂，吃住購物都特別方便。強烈推薦！！！
