服務是真的差，房子不隔音，而起被套上有屎黃色點點。
衞生：你們酒店都不消毒的嗎住了那麼多酒店好好的，到你們酒店就一晚上兩個人齊涮涮感冒了，你們可做個人吧，別那麼懶行嗎給每個房間消消毒啊最起碼
環境：你們酒店是真狠大半夜的幹啥的都有，打麻將的，大半夜哈哈大笑個真服了。

當地來説酒店檔次高，我想問下你們的一份早餐多少錢，帶兩份早餐，最後沒有早餐，但是費用那，詳情附圖，我是閃住用户，登記的時候一再強調我是閃住用户，前台還是堅持按金，説酒店的檔次高，地毯會害怕燙壞了，可是我進到酒店後付了兩張圖，地毯比我家的門毯還糟糕，何來的高端，前台都不懂攜程的規矩，攜程怎麼想的，洗漱用品尤其是沐浴露放單份，是酒店節約錢，還是攜程的障眼法，到房間後房卡不能開門，打電話前台説馬上安排保潔來看，最後等不來前台，，害的我自己到前台去看，我堂堂閃住用户還要按金，退房還要等待，我也是醉了，都不懂規則，還有到此酒店必須自帶充電器，房間沒有共享，前台沒有共享，還有我懷疑酒店和攜程是不是共同騙去早點錢，付下圖，加餐多少錢，收了我多少餐費？證據確鑿，衹希望一個解釋。酒店的地毯比公共廁所的都難看，還説地毯高檔害我我燙，閃住的意義何在，作用是什麼，攜程則麼瞭解，酒店怎麼了解，兩個層次。評分是不是炒作的，攜程是不是配合了，這麼垃圾的酒店這麼高的檔次為什麼，強烈不推薦此酒店，進去酒店就有一股羊糞的味道。
