基礎設施太差，每個房間衹有一個電源插孔，電視不聯網，中央空調不能用。
圖片是刷牙的杯子和洗手池地漏，不知道該用什麼語言形容了。

地理位置可以，房間衞生可以。就是前台服務太差了，1: 因為她記不住需要一次次提供手機號，2: 我給了兩個身份徵，看都沒看，就問我跟誰一起住，還問了2遍，也不好好辦理入住。就是下邊服務人員的態度很差，差評！

一：先説優點
1）五一旅遊旺季價格親民，沒有漲價，離筆架山風景區非常近，停車方便，可以步行到筆架山。
2）前台服務人員服務態度好，沒有晾衣架，直接送到客房，辦理入住和退房都非常專業和有耐心。
3）賓館周圍乾淨整潔。
4）熱水器水熱的快，水龍頭都是新的。熱水澡很解乏。
二：再説缺點
1）洗漱毛巾污漬明顯，雖然知道毛巾都會消毒，但看到毛巾上不明紅色和黃色，一言難盡。
2）馬桶坐墊上有污穢物，入住時晚上10點，沒有打擾工作人員，自己清理的，嘔~。
3）隔音不好，不是實體牆，隔壁説話聲音聽着非常清楚。晚上隔壁開會到1點，早上隔壁6點開始吵架，根本沒法睡。
4）最關鍵的來了，衞生間門鎖壞了竟然打不開了，洗完澡出不去了！要不是我愛人在，我一個人得困死在衞生間裏，最後我愛人打前台電話，我和前台工作人員裡應外合，用蠻力打開的，鎖也碎了，在充滿熱水氣的衞生間裏面都快要窒息了。
10分給5分吧，主要太刺激了

這原來應該是渤海税校，賓館很大一個大院，開車來的，不愁停車。裏面很像一個學校的招待所。
但是挺乾淨，整體來説。
綜合樓辦理入住，有點簡單，不像商務酒店的前台。衞生間挺乾淨，熱水都好，洗漱備品等等，都很一般，就是一個100-200元的經濟型改裝酒店，目前十一假期，兩張床房間339元。有點小貴！
倒是也能接受。還能**訂餐。
屋裡有衹蚊子，到了就滅了。門口燈裏有綠色發黴，估計離海近，潮濕季節還是潮吧！
南側是一個武警訓練基地，挺安靜，睡得還好。
有點簡陋，別要求太高，過得去。
到筆架山景點，走路十多分鐘吧！

雙節出遊，酒店價格飆升。錦旅算是良心價，不知為什麼酒店評分這麼低，房間很不錯，距離筆架山900米，除了不提供餐飲以外，幾乎沒有什麼缺點。下次還來

疫情重新裝修的隔離酒店，就算是小旅館吧，同一個院子裏的筆架山裝更好更貴一倍，十一這樣的時間算是比較有性價比的了。

酒店位置很棒，離筆架山景區步行10分鐘左右。內部很大，有幾棟樓，入住時下大雨，工作人員找不到公寓樓，冒雨還引導我們到目的地。房間很大，離海邊近但是不潮。乾淨整潔，員工服務態度非常好！而且價格親民。

因為和筆架山距離非常近，選擇了住在這裏，感覺上可能利用度不高吧，價格很優惠，所以設施等就一般了一點，
