連住了兩晚。環境還不錯。人不多。電視索尼的。咖啡星巴克的。房間很大。衞生間乾濕分離。環境不錯。住的最便宜的房間但是感覺還可以。沒有浴缸。贈送的洗浴沒去洗。但是早餐還行。種類不算多。但是夠吃。性價比挺高的

前台經理禮貌熱情，服務周到；房間設施齊全，應有盡有，乾淨衞生；晚上自助餐種類豐富，三文魚，鮮切牛肉和燒烤不限量，還有小火鍋，非常不錯；五樓休息空間，服務差，飲料和水果選擇少，沒什麼孩子可以玩的。泡池那水要自費，去5樓又有些遠，設計不合理。

體驗感不好，本來看重品牌文化覺得環境挺好就入住了，結果衞生間洗浴沒有給準備拖鞋，打電話給前台前台説沒有也不給拿（你們家本來就是帶洗浴的能沒有拖鞋嗎？），普通酒店都有洗澡的拖鞋，沒有辦法衹能穿着一次性拖鞋洗澡，洗完拖鞋就不能穿了，全部濕掉

酒店裝修風格很有特色，歐洲古堡的感覺。房間很乾凈。室內設施夠用，符合四星標準。員工熱情。
可以每天進去洗浴區，白天玩一天，晚上去泡個澡吃點免費水果很舒服。就是男浴區的泡池太熱了，根本不敢下去，大家都是泡泡腳就上來了。
酒店大堂在一個 4s 店裡頭，需要一直開車往裡開。
附近有個國家電網的超充站，充電也比較方便。
早餐很好，超出預期！

其實酒店整體設施不錯的，感覺有很用心在裝修。
發現電視不能投屏後，和前台溝通，房嫂也很快過來幫忙溝通。
但是一進去發現個大潮蟲真的嚇我一跳，天氣潮濕連着下雨也能理解。所以都給了五分。
但是感覺酒店裝修什麼的設施都很用心，唯獨缺了一點高級感，想來想去感覺就是酒店整體差了點香氣。不知道是不是有用的建議。祝酒店越來越好。下次來錦州還會入住的。

房間隔音非常不好，半夜一點聽見隔壁有聲音，早上九點又聽見有聲音，根本沒休息好，浴池的裝修很好，但搓澡很差勁，99的蘋果醋搓，也就搓了十五分鐘左右吧，搓澡的大姐上來就推薦做469的套餐，見我選了99的，還推銷169的套餐，還好沒選，但其實99的蘋果醋搓也很差勁

這次入住真的讓我非常滿意，必須給個全五星好評！
預訂的大床房，房間比想象中更寬敞和乾淨。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，一夜好眠。特別值得一提的是，浴室的水壓很大，熱水來得很快，洗去一身疲憊。
前台工作人員的服務態度非常好，辦理入住高效迅速，看到我們帶着行李，主動幫忙送到了房間。每次在走廊遇到服務員，他們都會微笑問好，讓人感覺很温暖。
