體驗感不好，本來看重品牌文化覺得環境挺好就入住了，結果衞生間洗浴沒有給準備拖鞋，打電話給前台前台説沒有也不給拿（你們家本來就是帶洗浴的能沒有拖鞋嗎？），普通酒店都有洗澡的拖鞋，沒有辦法衹能穿着一次性拖鞋洗澡，洗完拖鞋就不能穿了，全部濕掉

酒店裝修風格很有特色，歐洲古堡的感覺。房間很乾凈。室內設施夠用，符合四星標準。員工熱情。
可以每天進去洗浴區，白天玩一天，晚上去泡個澡吃點免費水果很舒服。就是男浴區的泡池太熱了，根本不敢下去，大家都是泡泡腳就上來了。
酒店大堂在一個 4s 店裡頭，需要一直開車往裡開。
附近有個國家電網的超充站，充電也比較方便。
早餐很好，超出預期！

適合自駕，不在酒店做任何就餐的客人，前台，大堂經理服務熱心，周到，酒店設計美式鄉村風格，典雅舒適，圖中食物早晚持續不變，但沒有餿！前台服務像5星酒店服務，餐廳食材不鮮，頭晚剩餐次日原樣端出，個別廚師與客人苦大仇深啊！當然，廚師長敦促還是檢討了！年輕人知錯就改值得鼓勵創新！

其實酒店整體設施不錯的，感覺有很用心在裝修。
發現電視不能投屏後，和前台溝通，房嫂也很快過來幫忙溝通。
但是一進去發現個大潮蟲真的嚇我一跳，天氣潮濕連着下雨也能理解。所以都給了五分。
但是感覺酒店裝修什麼的設施都很用心，唯獨缺了一點高級感，想來想去感覺就是酒店整體差了點香氣。不知道是不是有用的建議。祝酒店越來越好。下次來錦州還會入住的。

酒店房間雖然不大，但是裝修很喜歡，就是看準他們家的顏值所以才預訂的，入住酒店毀容一張洗浴門票，晚上人不是很多，搓澡也不用排隊，但是搓澡的內部裏面的價格偏高最好提前網上選好直接跟大姨説

我的恩師開房車路過錦州 作為弟子錦州本地人選擇了德仕堡 首先説停車場好寬敞適合放房車 再説這環境幽靜 建築城堡復古風 房間乾淨舒適 我定的是特價房 前台帥哥免費給我升級贈送2張洗浴券 早餐中西合璧很豐盛 結算時恩師把房卡弄丟了 前台美女不但沒有扣款還貼心安慰 就這服務態度和職業素養在全國來説也是槓槓滴棒 給錦州人爭光

非常精緻的一家酒店，房間不大，美式裝修，很有格調。這個價格居然包含早餐和洗浴。地處錦州，有些埋沒了。由於時間原因，沒有體驗洗浴，早餐滿意。有機會會再去。

酒店很漂亮，是一個洗浴中心的酒店。整個酒店就是歐式古堡風，房間很漂亮，也很隔音。
早餐在這個價位的酒店算是很不錯的了。
位子稍微有一點點遠，但是也還是很方便的。

很奇葩的一次體驗 兩晚總統套房 從到店準備入住開始一直各種無語
下午四點多到店辦理入住 被告知前面的客人還未退房 需要等候 （訂房時電話溝通過下午兩三點鐘入住沒有問題）我們衹好先去吃飯 大概一小時後吃完飯返回酒店 被告知前面的客人在打麻將賴着不走 還要再等 衹能安排我們先去洗浴 大概六點我們入住到客房了 總統套客房還是不錯 面積很大 硬件也還不錯 不過細看後發現問題太多了 圖123 各種無用雜物遺留在櫃子裏 各種配置不全 沒有電話機 電水壺 人體秤 小冰箱不能用 衞生間連毛巾都沒有 擺了膠囊咖啡機但沒有膠囊 牀頭櫃唯一的電源也被枱燈佔用……
接下來最嚴重的問題出現了 圖4這扇門可以通往露台 但是鎖不上 導致其他客人可以通過露台進入我們的房間 在房間時眼看着進來了兩個酒店住客 圖5這扇門通過一個小陽台和隔壁的房間也可以連通 同樣也是鎖不上
另一個嚴重的問題是總統套沒有浴室 需要去樓下的大洗浴 入住期間我們隨時可以使用 入住前電話溝通過 我們認可這種方案 不過入住後造成了很多麻煩 男賓這邊還好 女賓的服務人員不知道是不是不清楚總套的情況 居然不允許穿着浴衣回房間 從房間穿下去的浴衣也差點被服務員強行扣下來 手牌也被提前收回 一天去了兩次後居然被問到一天洗了幾次了
這個總統套不但沒有得到更好的服務 還增添了很多的麻煩 甚至連最基本的私隱都得不到保護
不是房間大就稱得上總統套 私隱性是最基本的要求 配套設施也很重要 最重要的是服務
