在火車站還車 就定了這家離得近的 沒想到超出預期
環境：鬧中取靜 不在火車站路面上 但很近 走兩步就到了 晚上很安靜 睡的很好
服務：服務特別好 淡季給升了房 有問必答 路過的保潔阿姨也熱情打招呼
衞生：衞生做的不錯 整體都很乾凈
設施：套房一應俱全 晚上躺床上看電影很爽 智能馬桶 機器人都有 樓下還有健身房和洗衣房 正好臨走把衣服都洗了 直接烘乾回家省事兒了
周邊：離早市和遼瀋紀念館都很近 附近還有個當地菜市場 傍晚特別熱鬧 價格跟早市差不多 臨走還買了不少好吃的
唯一缺點可能就是投影必須下載個指定的 不能直接投屏
總體滿意 也不貴 下次去錦州應該還會住這邊

本人這次剛從日本旅遊回來，和日本那些老到掉渣的酒店比咱們橘子的硬件軟件都比他強太多了。人家定的是家庭房，非常適合兩大一小出行。衞生環境，智能的硬件（小德），包括早餐，工作人員熱情打招呼等等都不錯。

慎住！！！
1.前台服務態度不錯，但是一切問題都用專業話術丟給第三方平台 與酒店無關.
2.酒店好像提供停車場 又好像沒有提供 並且無人看管 車損自負
3.衞生間紙明顯使用過，找到前廳部經理表示“就是這樣的” 且帶着不耐煩的語氣，進門沒有自我介紹，客人知道來的是誰嗎？早上退房電梯口碰到的工作人員很有禮貌。反觀到前台，前廳經理沒有招呼，沒有眼神表示，並且昨晚説了早上會給我們反饋提出的問題，也沒有任何回覆。退房全程僅前台一句退房嗎？結束退房全過程，沒有多餘一句話。
4.衞生情況堪憂 新換的布草 枕頭下面發現有灰塵沉澱物及不知名物體，一次性拖鞋上也有
5.洗浴間洗漱用具上各種水垢看着很臟，並且牆上也有，像是很久沒有清理過一樣，房間床頭牆上還有膠質沒有處理掉，這是酒店不會處理嗎？還是客房衞生不想處理。房間隨手一摸全是灰塵。

訂的家庭房，面積夠大有裡外套間。房子是智能房，位置很好安靜。但樓上的房客不講文明製造噪音。酒店的早餐品種數量還可以，夠吃，味道一般。因酒店臨近交通樞杻，出行挺方便。床具潔凈沒有異味，房間設施也夠用。第一次住桔子算是一次體驗。
