設施：挺完善的吧。。。雖然是迷你單人間，但是又私人浴室，還有陽台。。。空調，熱水器，24小時熱水，全都有的。。。
衞生：挺乾淨的哈。。。從衞生間就能看出來，床單被罩啥的也是白白的。。。然後房間裏也沒有什麼異味兒。。。
環境：距離火車站非常近，就是出站口對面的巷子裏，步行五分鐘吧。。。晚上睡覺也不吵，滿安靜的。。。
服務：前台的大姨很熱情，又親切。。。

在錦州一通逛吃，錦州太好吃了，大姐很熱情，和我是同性，五百年前是一家，你要吃要玩就儘管問老闆，都會推薦，而且打掃的很乾凈，以後去錦州還住這，價格也合適，我對錦州印象非常好，很喜歡這裏的美食，而且錦州的人也熱情，對社恐人士很友好，有錢可以定居

總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的#衞生整潔如新，裝修也很新，保養也很到位，看看浴室的把手就知道了，主人家保養的很好，真的很用心，很少有浴室的把手能這樣光亮如新的#服務北方人特有的親切和開朗，有家的感覺#位置交通離錦州站很近，步行五分鐘就到了，出了火車站，正對的小路里，有很大的招牌，很好找#房間設施房間裝修很新，保養的也很好，地面衞生十分的乾淨，比我家的還乾淨，對一個小賓館來説，真的很難得，夫妻倆經營是非常用心的#停車門口有停車位，可以隨意停車，因為是小路，所以基本，隨便停放#WIFI網絡速度很快，#性價比性價比絕對拉滿，寶藏小店，愛了愛了另外隔壁有一家老闆推薦的小炒店，真的價廉物美，他們家的番茄炒蛋麪，強推一波，是真的美味

環境：我們去的時候沒給我們留房間，讓我們住一個大床房，又小又冷，而且是我們到那才知道，那麼晚讓我們去哪住，雖然店家有事但也希望能提前告知讓我們早做準備，互相理解吧。

房間非常乾淨整潔，很安靜，大姐也非常熱情招待，由於來早了房間沒收拾出來，還免費給升級了大床房，這次來錦州比較開心。
