Beautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms. The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting. We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room.

給大家分享一家寶藏酒店。一進大堂，優雅的裝修和微笑的服務增加我的好感。前台辦理入住很快，詢問早餐停車訊息。很耐心。進入房間，簡潔舒適乾淨無異味是第一感覺。24小時熱水，智能加熱馬桶。一樓還有洗衣烘乾服務，太方便了。退房前台禮貌送別。休息一晚睡得很好。推薦給大家。

週末，帶着愛人和孩子筆架山一日遊，住在美豪怡致酒店，酒店整體來説不錯，房間裏乾乾淨淨無異味，床品柔軟，純棉，很親膚，一次性用品比快捷酒店好很多，拖鞋厚實防滑感好，孩子有特殊提供的小童拖鞋。馬桶可以加熱，天涼了坐上去很舒服。退房時候孩子出門不想穿衣服，前台小姐姐送給貝殼以示鼓勵，很暖心。

我非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜舒適，房間是寬敞明亮的，設施很齊全。位置很好，離筆架山和客運站都近，步行就能到達。入住期間，想吃方便麪了，前台員工幫忙燒水，可週到了。看到客人馬上起立，給客人足夠的尊重和禮貌。早餐也值得一提，之前住的時候早餐不好吃，反應這個問題過後，這次來吃到的早餐味道不同，分量更足，小菜很新鮮，一問前台，換合作早餐店了。把客人的需求放在第一位，這是美豪怡致給我最深的印象。
