設施：設施齊全，吹風機、熱水壺、智能音箱都有
衞生：衞生乾淨，床品乾淨無污染，衞生間無水漬無異物
環境：房間內沙發、地毯都有，裝飾的很温馨；酒店周邊交通便利，路邊就能打到車，停車位也比較充裕，飯店、小吃、飲品店步行三五分鐘就有
服務：服務態度五顆星！東北人的熱情名不虛傳～無論是前台小姐姐還是保安大叔、客房阿姨都有飽滿的熱情，每個人都秉承着微笑服務的宗旨，非常有親和力，前台小姐姐簡直是“活地圖”，想吃什麼都給推薦的特別到位，沒有一點點踩雷
總的來説是一次非常好的住宿體驗，21年來錦州就住的這家酒店，這次想着週末無聊來錦州吃個燒烤就又選擇了這家酒店，意想不到的是服務、房間全都升級了，下次來錦州還會選擇這家酒店。

房間還是寬敞的。就是露天的平台和住宅區太近了～前台服務態度很好，走的時候還給小朋友備了糖果～離淩河夜市也很近，步行10分鐘這樣吧，正好吃完消化消化神兒～離燒烤一條街也很近～半夜宵夜也方便～早餐品種也很全～

設施：安靜衞生。隔音效果也不錯，房間衞生間最滿意。停車位太少了，唯一的缺憾。
衞生：所能看見的地方都可以
環境：位置有點偏，早飯麻煩。
服務：感謝酒店的熱情服務，離開酒店第三天發現東西找不到了，打電話問了酒店，熱情的幫我尋找。之後發現是我掉到自己車座位上了。再次表示歉意與感謝。

酒店離淩河夜市和白樓早市都很近，房間衞生狀況不錯，配置到位。
一樓大堂有一架立式鋼琴，小朋友們很喜歡，每次路過都要彈幾下。周圍吃飯，小吃，燒烤很多。
唯一的缺點是，一面房間的窗户離對面居民樓太近，基本不能拉開窗簾。

房間比較寬敞，帶個小陽台但是離前面的樓太近了，停車場比較小酒店門口也能停車，早餐很不錯，種類很多！！對面就是羅森便利店，附近有很多燒烤店，吃飯也方便！離夜市走路10多分鐘就能到

入住房時反映馬桶座蓋是壞的。找維修師傅來給修理師傅來説，這個需要第二天上午來換。早上又通知了一遍前台，等到第三天退房的時候都沒有人來給修理。服務相當差。

太古酒店的整體環境整潔，親子游住這個家庭房很方便，舒適，還有浴缸🛁可以泡個澡，酒店提供一次性的浴缸套，窗外還有個露台！前台的小姐姐和早餐廳的服務人員，服務態度很棒，特別熱情、有禮貌！值得推薦！！！
