Excellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there.

What an amazing experience. Customer service is great; the staff speaks English, the breakfast and coffee was great, the room was great, and the hotel was not far from There's Starlight restaurant, the Spicy Chicken and Coconut Latte is amazing. Say hello to the Bell Hop (I forgot his name🤪) he's a great guy.

The lobby felt a bit desolate once I entered it, there weren't many service staff, and I don't know if it was a problem with the heating system, the first floor was a bit cold, and so was the restaurant, but everything else was OK

The location is excellent, parking is convenient, but the basic design of the room is large and inappropriate, which is relatively poor among the Sheratons I have stayed in.

The best hotel in Jinzhou, the front desk staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the double basin design in the bathroom is very friendly. The swimming pool has clear water and long service hours. Although the breakfast is not very rich, it basically meets the requirements.
