聲明一下，我之所以發佈評價不是來這宣洩的，是希望你們酒店管理者看到這樣的早餐你自己什麼感受
説説重點:有幾道熱菜剩了點殘留，居然給你做個別的菜然後到裏面了，你們看圖5，炒完的荷蘭豆就直接到那裡麪了，你到是換個容器啊！我就想問，你們自己在家做菜，炒完新菜用剩菜餐具裝嗎？？？
我是看了評價説這裏早餐豐富才訂的這家，結果早上用餐時才發現，太差勁了吧！不太滿意，有個煮麪區可以提供煎蛋，餛飩，麪條，但麪條我一看是掛麪，超市能買到的那種，我要了一晚餛飩，服務員介紹是牛肉餡手工包的，嚐了一下到還算真材實料。
粥有兩道，一個白粥，一個小米粥，涼菜區有2種鹹菜和2個涼拌菜，一會可見圖，早餐時間前台告知早7點至9點半，9點前趕到就剩幾種涼菜，主食還是提出要求給後加的，我就覺得你這酒店以後別給客人提供早餐了，提供了還不讓客人吃飽，不需要你種類有多豐富，至少能讓客人有的選吧！
我覺得最不能理解的是當我像服務員提出這早餐都沒得吃了，結果她的回答是“你要吃啥我給你上”唉…不想提了，上圖吧

前台和安保人員的服務態度必須給到滿分！攜程訂的大床房前台工作人員給升的套房，離店時候前台還給送了一瓶純凈水和一些小零食，服務細節特別到位，入住當天安保大哥幫忙協調車位，帶看房間，人也很隨和！原本真的想給個5星好評來着，但是你家客房部是真不給你們酒店爭氣！因為當天晚上我約了朋友，但是我入住時間已經是下午了，辦理完入住把行李放在房間就出去了，當時也沒來得及細看，所以下面這些圖片都是晚上回到房間才注意到的。由於時間確實太晚了，回到酒店已經凌晨了，而且開了一天車也真不願意折騰所以也就忍了，下面圖片希望貴酒店高層領導能夠看到！這絕對是管理問題！給貴酒店兩點建議
1.房嫂打掃完房間主管領導查房合格之後在放房。
2.做過婚房的套房請把牆面貼的雙面膠以及其他污漬清理好避免影響貴酒店形象。這酒店的裝修以及基礎設施還不錯因為衞生和管理問題糟蹋了這酒店也有點可惜。選擇你們酒店是因為你們在攜程上是4.8分也算是高分酒店了，哪想到這衞生問題都不如快捷

這次入住的酒店體驗超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，工作人員就展現出專業又熱情的態度，辦理入住迅速高效，還主動介紹了周邊設施。
預訂的房間，落地窗外就是壯闊的江面，夜晚燈光亮起時尤其迷人。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，淋浴水壓充足且水温穩定，細節處如床頭USB充電口、遮光窗簾的設計都很貼心。
早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理，食材新鮮，現做的餛飩和煎蛋味道很贊。酒店地理位置也很便利，步行10分鐘就能到地鐵站，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全。
退房時前台還贈送了本地特色小點心，讓人感覺很温暖。整體來説，無論是硬件設施還是服務水準都值得稱讚，下次來還會選擇這裏！

錦州這個城市帶給我太多的驚喜，錦州是個英雄城市，這次到來更體會到錦州人的熱情，錦州景色的秀美，還有這家酒店給的驚喜和貼心，到達酒店辦理入住，酒店竟然主動提出送一人一份早餐，這個到哪都不可能發生的事，早餐雖然品種不多，但味道不錯，還有咖啡機哦！我們的行程是4天，其中3天是選擇租車出行，酒店有自己的停車場，還有專門的保安服務，是24小時！絕對24小時！有一天早上出行早，怕被別的車擋住，衹是跟安保人員交代了一下，第二天竟然真的沒有車擋在我們車前，這種貼心的服務真的很久沒有體會過了，錦州這個地方非常吸引我，我肯定還會再來，再來肯定還會住這家酒店！
