屋裡非常臟，沒有乾淨的地方，用空調還收10元手續費，離譜，免費的衹有一個老風扇，老闆服務還算可以，真心不推薦，床上臟的感覺從來沒洗過一樣

大姨服務挺好的，就是衞生一般，枕套很臟，一塊一塊的不知道是啥，床單被罩焦黃焦黃的，屋裡沒有空調，有個老款電風扇，屋內沒有窗户，沒有衞生間，都是公用的，我也是熬不住了臨時休息了不到一個小時將就了一下，

和描述一點不符合，沒見過這麼差的，床單被褥特別臟，門也是壞的，臉盆都沒有熱水。沒有空調，都不如那三四十的小旅店。轉了一圈沒住就撤了，也不能退了。就當捐了……總之起來一句話，不是人住的環境。

房間環境一般，有兩層，每一層有一個公用廁所，二樓有幾個洗手枱，有的房間沒有窗户，但也算符合這個價位了，老闆服務很熱情，考慮周到，位置靠近渤海大學附近，走路十多分鐘可以到。
