Atour Hotel

A very unpleasant stay. This Atour hotel is truly different from other Atour hotels: 1) Unlike other Atour hotels, you'll be greeted with a tea set or a bottle of warm or iced mineral water upon check-in. 2) The room should typically come with two bags of tea and two bags of Atour brand drip coffee, but this hotel didn't have any, only two coffee cups. 3) I requested a pillow from the Atour app promotion. After placing the order, a woman called to say they didn't have any. There were only 10 pillows available, and they were sold out. I went downstairs to the front desk to inquire, and a man told me they only had 20 pillows, and they were sold out. I'm wondering if the male and female staff at your hotel have different information about promotions? It's just a casual remark to deal with customers. It's irresponsible. If they're irresponsible, I suggest canceling the event. 4) Early on the 24th, it rained in Jinzhou. The hotel rooms were supposed to have umbrellas, but they weren't. I asked the front desk for one and was told they didn't have any. Over the years of business travel, I've visited many hotels, including Atour, but I've never encountered such service. If a hotel relies solely on the tourist season to capitalize on the surge in customer traffic, it has no hope of long-term success. It's better to work hard and improve its service. That's the only way to last. Hopefully, things will improve. The owner invested so much money in this hotel; don't let a few staff members ruin it. The soundproofing is terrible, especially the worst. Someone was playing poker at the elevator entrance, screaming and wailing all night. The room was incredibly hot, with poor ventilation. I was freezing with the AC on, and sweltering without it! The service was unresponsive. Parking is free, but I ended up waiting for over ten minutes, and no one was there to help. I ended up paying to leave! They even called to ask for a good review? What good review?
