衞生狀況堪憂，商家説床單被套都是新換的但是枕套上有頭髮，床墊很硬，床品也不行全是化纖全起靜電，居民樓裏還算比較安靜但是樓上鄰居五點多就哐哐剁菜板鞋很響來回溜達，咚咚響到七點，總體來説316的價格在錦州這個地段還是不太值，其他兩室一廳民宿都兩百多，不太推薦。

來錦州好多次了，這是住的最好的一次，圖片和實體一樣，乾淨整潔，生活用品洗漱用品都很有品質，樓下吃喝采購很方便，距離學校非常近。
