基本和圖片一樣，衞生條件一般，熱水器等同於無，比較冷，
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]樓下走不太遠吃的喝的啥都有，離筆架山無比近
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]冷，沒電梯，熱水器不行，很久沒住人，水放出來都是黃色的，冰涼，夏天來可能會OK，春秋冷，鍋碗瓢盆全屋都挺久沒用的樣子，所以就哪裡都會有些乾巴巴土濛濛，需要打掃打掃
