The facilities are old and the basin can't hold water (the plug is loose). The sanitation work is poor, the room is not cleaned in time, and the room is not cleaned at 5 pm. One day, some cookie chips fell on the floor of the room, and remained there until the fifth day (during which the third day was told by the cleaning attendant but no results).

The room is fully equipped, but the washbasin is not in the bathroom😅 The breakfast with fried green peppers and shredded potatoes that I admire the most is the best I have ever tasted. The chef’s skills are really amazing 👍

It was my first time to visit the Wang Family Courtyard and I chose Chongningbao Hot Spring Hotel. I was really surprised. I booked a Tukang room in the courtyard. It was just like staying in the Wang Family Courtyard. The environment and facilities in the room were very comfortable and clean. At night I also took my children to a hot spring, and they had a great time. Breakfast is also very varied. A very enjoyable travel stay.

The lobby is high-end, the room is very good, clean, good service attitude, medium and upper facilities, a good place for business trips, it is recommended, forgot to take photos, the overall environment is very good.

On the way back to Beijing, it's only a few minutes from the highway. It's a garden-style hotel very close to Wangjia Courtyard. It covers a large area. After dinner, I took a walk to the rockery and pond at the back (unfortunately, it has not been taken care of for a long time and has been abandoned). The hotel lobby is very grand, and the services at all levels are also very good. The guest rooms are very large. 5 points for service, environment and hygiene, and 4.5 points for facilities. I feel that it should be renovated. One of the screens is broken, the bathroom shower room has a bad floor drain and backflow, and the desk in the guest room lacks a desk lamp. The hotel is still very cost-effective. Maybe because it was built early, some facilities need to be replaced, otherwise it would be a pity for such a good hotel. As a 5-star hotel, there is no freshly ground coffee, and the breakfast is a bit simple. I praise the front desk service for extending my check-out time. The restaurant waiter service is also very good.
