The hotel is very clean and the room is fabulous. I was put on a smoking floor despite requesting non-smoking. The breakfast was not very good. After paying for breakfast and being told to enter the buffet, I was then immediately escorted out by another staff member who thought I hadn’t paid. After confirming I was allowed to re-enter. I was a little embarrassed. However, the staff were all friendly and patient with my poor language skills. The hotel is a little far away and there are not many shops or restaurants around. I would still stay here again. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

晉中五星酒店高級豪華，設施齊全，總體感覺不錯，性價比較高，游泳健身等均有，停車及電梯方便，尤其晚餐很好，做的好吃有特色，價格合理還打折了。不足是泳池外來的孩子太多了，客人遊費勁。再就是房間USB插口是壞的，顯示充電充不上，再就是沒有歡迎水果和提示，細節不到位。房間沒有冰箱不像五星酒店。早餐一般，可以推薦。

酒店很大，房間多，設施齊全，衞生也很好，開業時間比較長了，部分設施有些老舊，高星級酒店25年了還沒配備充電樁。其他整體不錯。

酒店非常不錯，大堂富麗堂皇，房間乾淨、整潔，前台態度非常好，因為開始沒，和酒店説清楚，房間有煙味，酒店立馬給予調換，行李小哥一直陪着等，非常棒，值得信賴

晉中最好的酒店，由於不在太原市中心，性價比是很高，但是周圍的外賣選擇不太多。酒店有洗浴中心，入住酒店含浴資，有時間的可以去搓個澡。

超出預期的完美入住體驗！細節滿分！
這次入住真的讓我印象深刻！酒店從check-in開始就展現了極高的服務水平，前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理手續高效，還主動升級了房型，非常貼心。
床品柔軟乾淨，一覺睡到自然醒。空調靜音效果好，隔音也很棒，完全聽不到走廊噪音。浴室水壓充足，還配備了貼心的針線包！
離店時還收到酒店定製的當地特色小點心和浴球小香皂（包裝超精緻！），這種細節真的讓人感到被重視。
