很無語 現在是一個很兇的男前台 我們定的十點半的房間 十點四十到了他説沒空房住不了讓我等半個小時（而且也不確定半個小時以後能不能有房）我説那我要等到啥會，我能訂上房就證明你們酒店是有房的啊，我準時過來了你們沒房，那為什麼要在其他平台上顯示你們是有房的。我的時間不是時間嗎？就給我兩個解決方案：要麼等要麼走。這是服務行業的前台能説出來的話嗎？或者説給我們説點好話也行，一直嗆我，怎麼看着我們是女生就嗆我們是嗎，這個社會還是對女性這麼不尊重嗎？在這個酒店消費了這麼多次，也不用説什麼顧客是上帝，但是起碼的尊重要有吧，而且我是來消費來了又不是來受氣了，前一次那個loft格局的臟的呀我都沒説，想着算了我也沒評價然後就被這樣對待了，這樣的店家不倒閉還要等着毒害社會嗎？既然要掙大學生的錢就不要眼高手低。（我們走了之後我在樓道停了一會兒還聽見他罵我🥹真的素質感人）你的心胸也就這麼一丟丟🤭

位置：酒店位置不錯，開車離奧萊十多分鐘，房間乾淨舒服，前台態度很好，樓下飯店很多，從太原過來很方便，很好找。

前台小姐姐很温柔，人很好，問她都是很温柔的給我説，還可以打麻將，晚上無聊挫麻將也是很好的，衞生也是很乾凈，壞境也很不錯，該有的設施都有，想要出去玩的小夥伴的首選哦😜😜😜

一、沒水！不能上廁所！不能洗澡！停水大半天渾身難受，前台就讓我們乾等
二、沒有床頭！腦袋直接磕在牆上，疼死
三、床頭沒有燈的開關、插座，很不方便
四、前台服務差！一副愛住不住的樣子，讓我們乾脆換酒店
五、前台在上班時間聊天，問好幾句才搭理，影響心情
六、門壞了不能反鎖！真不安全！
