整體感覺體驗感超級差，滿心期待的開了很久山路到達莊園，到了之後發現很多娛樂設施都已經荒廢，沒有什麼可以玩的。
給你一把鑰匙自己找房間，房間設施老舊，隔音差，有蟲，水流跟不上。
酒店餐廳又貴又難吃還要等好久才上菜
最恐怖的就是這個莊園有很多墓地，房間出門就是墓地，馬路邊上也是，傍晚路邊沒有路燈，黑漆漆的，想想就瘮人。

位置開上去很陡，室內房間廁所那種飛蟲很多，還有蜘蛛網，上去辦理入住説讓我們自己過去，我説這個價位就這個服務嗎，才找個人帶我們，結果路上還遇到了可怕的野生動物，嚇**，輕易不點差評，估計酒店也是這幾年生意不好沒翻新，但是我定的別墅套房1000多不應該這個服務

設施：屬於青少年拓展訓練+職工療養的設計規劃，雖然有些歲月的痕跡，維護的還比較到位。
衞生：打掃的非常乾淨，包括附近山路的雜物都很少，大爺大媽都很熱情
環境：青山綠水+各種房型，團建活動非常適合
服務：非常人性化，為住客提供了很多便利。尤其是正餐農家菜，分量十足、美味可口。

服務不好，還沒到退房時間大堂經理女管理員已經來客房窗户趕客人走，之所以被投訴我就知道這個人心眼小，僅僅是在老闆娘面前會做人。入住前推薦98一位燒烤，對不起本人花點個餐200元菜飯盒沒有本人接電話處理事情不方便大廳吃飯。管理很差。早餐量少，9點之前去準備拿白雞蛋，服務員告訴沒有。不管這麼説服務行業不容易。真給不了好評。體驗感差。老闆眼裡不好選個老奸巨猾做管理人品不好。來者是客不應該看人説話。

定的是彩虹木屋 不知道是平台的問題還是酒店的問題 到了的時候跟我説沒有了 而且前台很亂 辦入住起碼要等一個小時.酒店指示牌也做的很一般 不明顯
