環境和配置都沒問題 就是服務不好 出現緊急情況沒有處理方案不會變通 因為我是結婚用的需要弄拱門 它們提前收到消息入職前不給通知 入住當晚給通知第二天停電也是非常無語 出現這種緊急情況團隊一點應急處理方案沒有 還有就是不讓提前扎拱門怕費電 辦婚禮不推薦住這裏 平常出行還湊合

因為開庭需要，兩次出差來金鄉，一次是6月份，一次是8月份，都住在全季，兩次服務人員都給我留下了極差的印象！
第一次入住，我在攜程上訂了一間大床房，一行三人到前台辦入住，結果給我們三個都是分到頭尾房，分別在三個不同的樓層，想換成不在頭尾的房間，被拒絕，理由是説普通大床房衹有首尾，除非定商務大床房，之後又猛的一頓要我們輸出辦會員，我們作罷，接受了房間。我住全季次數少，好心的朋友可以告訴我，大床房真的衹能是頭尾間嗎？
第二次入住，提前花了300+訂了商務大床房，服務本來也過得去，給我們從12點延長到2點退房。但是離譜的事情是：退房後客服加微信推銷，緊接着又讓五星好評，因為當天下午開庭到很晚，我沒有回覆，也漏了看後邊的消息。今天偶然點開，發現在我不回覆他們消息的情況下，竟然陰陽我損壞了房間內的茶壺？？？你們後來説搞錯了，但是照片上標着我當時入住房間的房號，真的是搞錯了嗎？還是有意為之？希望我給你們好評？真的希望你們是搞錯了！
總結：在金鄉這個縣城，一晚300+的酒店，除了建國，可能也就全季了吧，我們本是覺得全季是連鎖，在各地體驗也都不錯，所以才選擇了這裏，沒想到兩次到訪，次次受氣，我本不是喜歡評論，更不是喜歡差評的人，但是今天的遭遇，真的太堵心了！我想要告訴大家，來金鄉，你們有更多好的選擇，這裏的全季，不值得！
