住個酒店，差點死在裏面，樓下夜間發生火災，我的房間瀰漫著黑色有害氣體（二樓着火，刺鼻的煙霧充斥我8樓的房間812）酒店無任何通知與措施，假如不是我自己警惕性高的話，再吸入一會，真的有可能在睡夢中死去了。 圖一是我吸入鼻腔的黑色不明物質，後來去洗漱的時候更多。退房時前台對此事沒有任何解釋和表態，因為趕時間沒有及時去醫院，我一路開車整整咳嗽3天，到達目的地後實在受不了選擇就醫。 對貴酒店真是失望透頂！！！ 現在回想一陣後怕，差點死掉！！！ 我等着你們請示領導的回覆，不然你們的消防檢查安全等等要整改了！！！ 等着律師函吧

房間還算滿意，但是7樓隔音巨差，ktv到1點半才停，22點睡被吵醒，溝通，前台説去溝通，12點半又吵醒，她説換房，凌晨了，因為很困就沒換，後面跟我説我是攜程的特價房就是這樣的，讓我以後正價購買現場的房間，我在攜程訂之前 打電話給他們酒店，前台説攜程便宜定攜程好了，也沒提前告知這個擾民的情況，退一萬步講，我就算是特價房，付錢了的，請問你們就可以安排這種房間給客人嗎？這是酒店的問題，服務員態度還是很好的，請不要責備服務員，請酒店高層反思自己，別找服務員麻煩！

開了一天車，下高速找酒店，沿路看這家還蠻好的，進去住了地毯特別埋汰，要是不能總清洗咱就別鋪了，然後就是這棟樓還有個KTV，那一晚上都是在鬼哭狼嚎，直到凌晨1-2點，大人小孩都沒有休息好，要是路過開一天車特別累想休息的建議不要入住他家了，隔音真的差死了，價格也不便宜，你説住這個地方遭那心幹嘛，還不如找個小旅店安安靜靜睡一晚上了！真的一分都不想給。
