訂的標間，私自就把房間改為單間，房間內空調一晚上了都沒熱，冷慘，還掉牆皮，隔音效果也不好。昨晚跟老闆説好了下午1點再退房，下午要考試，準備午休一下，等我打車回酒店的時候，她説已經打掃了不能再進去，做不到就不要承諾，來回的車費衹能自己白花。
