節假日酒店真的巨忙，不過節假日還是可以理解的，工作人員都很熱情接待，很積極的處理問題，停車，酒店就很盡力給我們處理，真的很點贊[強]，服務很好，真誠，待客如親友，[愛心]下次有機會再來耍，娛樂設施，活動都很好耍，不錯的

服務：酒店的服務非常熱情，前台辦理入住會引導客人並協住搬運行李進房間，工作人員的態度都很好
環境：在天府橘園裡麪，從遊客中心做電瓶車進酒店，清明時節全是大片的油菜花，早上租了電瓶車在園區內轉了一整圈，心情很不錯
設施：滑梯房非常適合親子，房間外也有幾個大滑梯，從房間叫電動車去小橙堡有沙坑、蹦床等大量無動力設施，也有旋轉木馬等酒店送券的遊樂項目，和卡丁車等收費項目

可以改進一下的是：從停車場到酒店電瓶車有一段距離，如果行李很多就不太方便，雖然酒店人員都很熱情幫忙提行李，但建議還是可以考慮把電瓶車往外挪更近

很棒的酒店哦，成都近郊帶娃的好地方，空氣清晰，酒店在園區內，環境非常好，私密性和安全性都很高！園區很大，酒店有擺渡車，真的做到了隨叫隨到！但是入住以後建議多多自己走走，畢竟空氣很好，這樣的有氧對身體也很好，園區內個小童樂園，入住酒店基本的項目都是免費的，娃兒隨隨便便能耍一天。但是，遊樂園裡的抓娃娃機，不要去不要去！比湯姆熊還難抓😭酒店的服務人員真的一個比一個温柔，有要求都是立馬就滿足了，執行力之高！等到春暖花開時還會帶娃娃去，聽酒店小姐姐説有片田有幾萬株鬱金香哦，不敢想到時得多美！期待。。最後，小朋友離店時有小禮物喲🥳

酒店在園區裏面，到了遊客中心聯繫酒店工作人員會有觀光車來接。
孩子一進房間看見滑滑梯就特別興奮
園區裏面有一些遊樂設施，還有一個動物園，還可以坐小火車，帶娃在這裏住一晚會玩得沒那麼累。

這次入住酒店是為了給女兒過五歲生日，我要給酒店工作人員一個大大的贊，員工們都很熱情，看得出來整個團隊都是在用心做服務，滑梯房的裝修細看確實還是很多槽點，但所有工作人員的熱情服務已經大大彌補了硬件的不足，全程管家式服務，有需要都會快速回復並解決，由於前一晚下水道反味第二天很快給更換了房間，給小朋友送了禮物，還贈送了餐食。小朋友在公路邊摔倒，酒店擺渡車開車的小哥居然下來貼心查看詢問，還給了孩子水，真的很暖心。祝福你們越來越好，以後還會來！

這個滑梯房簡直就是小朋友的夢中情房，他可太喜歡了，我感覺他在房間就能玩一天，剛走就念叨下次還要來！酒店在景區裏，衞生很乾凈，環境也非常不錯，娃娃玩的娛樂設施很多，連着去玩了兩天，特別表揚下酒店的服務，每一位工作人員態度都超級超級好，走的時候還送了玩偶給小朋友，下次還會來！
