1.房間蠻舒適，配有桌子，有學習需求的可以使用。
2.乾淨整潔，衞生做的好，沒有異味，沒有蟲子，沒有臟污。
3.雖然挨着大學城，但房子安靜，不吵鬧。
4.樓下有超市，美食街，商場，葯店，乾洗店等，很方便。

首先，老闆娘人很好，回覆很快，對我部分逗比的問題不厭其煩。其次，位置臨近大學城，出行吃食也很方便，下樓就到。再次，這個房型，一百多我個人覺得價格合適，更何況工作日還不到一百，挺實惠的。
