Family-friendly Hotels in Jintang

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Facilities: 1. There are only two karts, one is charging, and only one can be used normally. It is embarrassing that two people traveling together cannot use the kart at the same time. 2. The first room I checked in had a smell and the window screen didn't work, but I was quickly moved to another room. Environment: The environment is very good Service: 1. The service attitude is also very good. The staff member who received me was Luna. She was very responsive in replying to messages and changing rooms. 2. The hotel recommends pre-authorization via wx payment, but it is a private wx at the front desk, so I can only insist on swiping my card. (This is out of standard management. I haven’t seen a hotel that collects money and smuggles people for a long time) Meals: Dinner was delicious. The portion of breakfast is too small. It is a la carte and there is a limit on the number of items. Each person can order 1 or 2 items in each category. If you order a day in advance, I feel that you have ordered a lot of items. In fact, the portion is huge. Very few.

The hotel environment is very good, the room facilities are very new, clean, the noodles in the breakfast room are very delicious, I like it very much, the room air conditioning temperature is sufficient, there is a night market downstairs, it is very convenient to eat late at night, there is a Ferris wheel and river view in five minutes, very convenient, Recommend everyone to stay at the Ramada Hotel, will stay here again next time on business trip, especially the front desk gro, very attentive, good service attitude, very warm!

The hotel set up for the exam in the university town was still a little away in the past. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi without carpooling. The hotel as a whole and the rooms are not big. It is next to the bus terminal, and there are square dances at night, and people living on the street may be a little noisy. The view of the room facing the garden is still good, just when the chrysanthemum bloomed, I was in a good mood while sitting by the window. However, the room arranged this time was at the corner, and it was too close to the next room. There was sound in the corridor at night, and the sound of talking or even sneezing next door was clear. It was not quiet until after 1 o'clock when someone else fell asleep. Fortunately, no noise was heard in the morning, the bed was comfortable, and I slept better. It is worthy of praise because the pick-up time in the afternoon is relatively late, the hotel front desk free late check-out until 2 o'clock, the service is still good, the ladies are very gentle.

The hotel is very smart. If you have anything to say, you will solve it. The parking lot is equipped with charging piles. This is my most satisfied. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is more convenient for business travelers.

The rooms are quaint, distinctive and convenient from the parking lot. It is about 300 meters away and 100 meters away from the place where the water is playing. The breakfast at his house tastes delicious, the dishes are fresh and clean, the dishes and chopsticks are all high-temperature disinfection, and they are hot when taken out. You can climb the mountain behind the homestay, and the journey takes about 15 minutes.

I have to say that this hotel is too cost-effective, the facilities should have, the room is very clean and tidy, the hot water comes out quickly, the water temperature and water pressure are very comfortable. The room facing the road with the window is not noisy at night and it is very quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep, and the staff was very friendly and friendly. The hotel is 6 minutes drive from Haiquan Bay. At night, I soaked in the hot springs and drove back to the hotel. I drove slowly on the country road. It was not too comfortable!

Before the trip, someone contacted me and arranged the shuttle bus to the parking lot in advance to greet the breakfast. The actual number of people staying in the store is subject to and very exquisite! I also sent 3 tickets to the flower valley and the afternoon tea presented by the hotel was a lot of food. 3 people couldn't finish the dinner. I said that the dinner was for two. I think at least 4 people were enough to eat. I also presented sugar water at night. Especially worthy of praise is the intimate and thoughtful service throughout the whole process! WeChat is all back in seconds! The private soup pool is also very clean and hygienic. In short, it is often satisfactory! The service must also be full! To be honest, although it is a newly opened hotel, I was a little disappointed. The bathroom windows were not closed, a lot of small mosquitoes came in, all fell on the towels, and the last resident in the toilet left trash and did not clean up... But the boss has a good attitude, and there is no better place to choose from in the small town.

The balcony is really big, I like this room type very much, I am very satisfied with the stay, the items are complete, the hygiene is also very good, the location is very good, the environment of the community is perfect, the landlord is also very good
