&&leer&The room is spacious, neat and clean. The separate bath is private. Every day, an aunt cleans and disinfects it. You can see the starry sky when you look up. The owner will also prepare some pastries, fruits, drinks, etc. according to your needs every day. After playing during the day, you can soak in a steaming hot soup, eat floating pastries, drinks, and fruits, and look up at the starry sky comfortably, and the fatigue of the day will disappear. The breakfast is also quite special and exquisite. The owner will also make some food recommendations according to your needs. You can also sit around the stove. The bathroom items are also carefully prepared and complete. The toilet, air conditioning, and TV are all intelligent and humanized. In addition, the hotel has a very ancient atmosphere, and there are free Hanfu for selection. The photo effect is very beautiful. Recommended~~Environment and service are five stars

Zen-style hotel, very quiet, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. When taking a hot spring bath in the yard, the guests next to us are quite noisy! We can hear them clearly! !

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).
Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

1. Before check-in: Liang Xue, the general manager of the hotel, called me to communicate the check-in time and room preferences, the activities and hotel facilities during the stay, giving me a surprise, thoughtful, VIP exclusive service and noble experience. Thank you for your hotel's service. There are few in the industry [strong]
2. When checking in: Mr. Liang received us personally and arranged different room features for us between different rooms. She was very thoughtful. Just because I mentioned Xijing, she arranged the room full, full of surprises, and warm welcome cards. It made us feel that the price-performance ratio exceeded the room price and was full of emotional value. I didn't expect that there would be such a good service resort in Chengdu.
3. During the stay: Mr. Liang's arrangements were even more surprising. The breakfast was rich, and the lunch was delivered to the room. The taste of the dishes was better than expected, and the service was silent but thoughtful. During dinner, we were specially served with roasted whole lamb and roasted chicken. The hotel arranged a bonfire party, amazing fireworks, and karaoke on the outdoor platform. It was a super rich and unique arrangement.
Feelings during the stay:
1. The hotel is well managed, the staff is in good spirits, and the hotel is large but the service is thoughtful.
2. The hotel has rich facilities, there are endless activities to enjoy, and the hotel is well arranged.
3. The dishes taste good

GGuest UserThis hotel left an excellent impression on me. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel the professionalism and intentions of the hotel. The location is excellent and the transportation is extremely convenient. It can be easily reached whether it is by car or by public transportation. Parking is also very convenient. The hotel is a single-family, it is safe to swipe your card to go upstairs. The rooms are clean and bright, and the beds are comfortable to sleep. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning and cooling effect is good and the TV is large. The service attitude of the hotel staff is even more impressive. They always smile and patiently answer all my questions, let me feel the warmth of home, the most worthy of in-depth comments is that the hotel parking has a location at night, full score recommendation!

GGuest UserIt is the best hotel in Jintang. The hotel in the county did not expect to be so comfortable. The room is large, there is a separate makeup mirror and full-length mirror. The sound insulation effect is good. You can basically sleep without trace at night. It is very good for people who sleep very lightly.
A small suggestion: breakfast is a little more abundant, it will be perfect!

Beyond my imagination~ First of all, the staff was very enthusiastic and gentle in helping us check in. The elevator is safe by swiping the card, and there is no disturbance from outsiders! The lighting in the room is very warm. I like it very much. The room is also very spacious and comfortable. It has a light fragrance. I was lucky enough to choose this hotel.
