酒店電話壞的，有事情還有跑的總枱，還不提供純凈水，與總枱溝通後送來一桶水，但是最不能忍受的就是樓下 4 樓就是 KTV，吵的人一晚無法睡覺，直到晚上 2 點多鐘還在唱歌。 服務等等更是談不上。

“總統套”有點誤導人，房間裏礦泉水也沒有，衞生很不好，一次性拖鞋和用品也都比較差，前台服務員的態度和工作方式很有問題，旅遊城市的生意雖然就做短暫的一段時間，但點評數據是永久的老闆要重視

訂的豪華標間，給入住的普通的，退房後評論才反應過來。兩個房間進門的衣櫃嵌入式的，中間沒有任何實牆，隔壁説話的聲音吵到離譜。建議老闆趕緊把櫃子用磚頭縫起來，咱不要櫃子也行。另外衞生間真的是小動物的天堂。晚上開燈進去蟑螂各種爬，建議整棟樓做滅蟑處理吧。。。。真的是非常糟心。不推薦入住。。。。。。

房間大，地暖很熱，硬件設施也不錯，唯一不足就房間不提供燒水壺，衹有飲水機，要喝水需另購買桶裝水。雖然是一點小事，但是總讓人感到一點小不愉快
