房間不錯，位置很好找，就在路邊，我們很晚到
但是前台小哥哥還免費升級了房間，環境很不錯

中規中矩 之前住過。
服務人員態度還行吧。
當然也有小瑕疵，早餐的口味有些單一，吃來吃去就那幾樣。還有房間的燈光設計不太合理，有些角落有點暗。
不過整體來講，在金塔住這家酒店還是很值得推薦的，各方面都能滿足需求，性價比相當不錯。

説句實在話，服務我覺得可以的。要求什麼，前台盡心盡力的去做到。硬件其實我訂的房間還可以的。最讓我不滿意的是房間的衞生。客房部負責人應該每天要抽查房間的保潔衞生。尤其衞生間的淋浴房，下面的污垢估計好久沒有認真清理了。主管部門估計從來沒有認真督促過。這個酒店最大的問題不是硬件問題而是內在的管理問題。

酒店位置好，距離金塔胡楊林景區很近，早餐豐富，晚餐有零點中餐，菜量大，有自己的免費停車場，前台接待服務熱情周到，就是房間好像還沒供暖，有點冷，洗澡水很熱，而且水量大，洗起來很舒服，點贊👍🏻

毛巾浴巾嚴重發黃，此酒店作為政府接待酒店早就應換；走廊暗黑，燈帶色衰，還有壞的，燈具直接不亮，也很影響整體環境

房間比較大，有一個閣樓，上下兩層。衞生尚可，服務也可以。酒店位置很好，去附近的胡楊林景點很近，非常方便。唯一不足是早餐比較差。

酒店名子很大，但硬件軟件都不怎麼樣。房間設施陳舊，衣櫃裏的配電設備裸露，房間裏的蒼蠅亂飛。空調不能降温，衹能開窗睡覺。周邊吃飯很不方便，不建議大家入住。

酒店外面看挺好，本以為房間會不錯，但實際體驗真是一言難盡。定的三人間，窗户高的根本夠不到，這個都還好，最最主要是房間很多地方都是水漬，尤其是淋浴間吊頂一直在往下滴水，地面也污漬，看着真的難受。除了衞生間，房間通風機那裡也有水漬，能聽到吊頂上滴答滴答的聲音。
